I just rented a space at public storage with Adriana, who was amazing and helped me so much with finding the perfect spot for my things as well as helping me to figure out how to move forward with the transaction. She was very friendly took her time listened to my stories and I really had a fabulous experience Here. I have another storage room in a different location and I will tell you that I love it here so much better. highly recommend.

I haven’t seen anyone working in this location for days straight . Tenants waiting outside looking for someone that actually does work around there .
I left my bay and went to confirm with an associate and guess whose still waiting for them to close out my account

Customer service is terrible and property manager never answers the phone. They are very unfair and can’t give refunds even when you haven’t used the property. Very disappointed.
