Still waiting on a refund for a lock I never took possession of because I cancelled my rental immediately after renting online. Even though I lost the $29 admin fee, I should have still been refunded the lock. Would not recommend, unfortunately its almost impossible to get in touch with customer service.

Spoke to the district manager and thought all my issues were resolved but after a week since we spoke they are charging me for my unit I have already paid for thru June.I am so tired of calling everyday and getting no help
I asked Belinda to call the DM or give me her number so I can speak to her to resolve this yet was just ignored.
It has been 2 weeks since I finally spoke to the DM and she agreed to honor the reservation I made at 121.50 a month.I just moved in my unit on June 29th and paid my 1st month now it shows my rent went from 121.50 up too 152.00 a month.This is not what was promised.Nobody from customer service will assist as they direct me back to the DM.This is absolutely unacceptable.If your not going to honor the agreement then let me know so you can refund my money and I can go elsewhere.

I received an email saying that my rent was going to increase $40 after only spending 6 months in the storage unit. Though, I called in and spoke with Belinda who was super nice and helped me solve the issue with the rent increase. If anyone has the chance to speak with someone from that office, Belinda is the go to person, thank you!
