Yes how you doing I'm here at 5408 at a public storage on the manager here in this young man his name is Juan and Claudia they've been very nice to me and they have helped me from the beginning all the way to the end they're very good workers I'm sending them a message to say that to knowledge workers thank you very much and I love public storage very good place to rent.

Claudia and Juan helped me out with renting a unit starting with a 5 x 5 then transferring to a 3 x 3 after 5 PM great service!

This is has been the greatest experience. I couldn't get into my storage unit and there was no one in the office. I was there for 2 hrs When you call, all of the reps say they work at that location, but no one is there. I had to call the call center to get an alternative code. This was on a Saturday which is a popular day for moving. Still haven't gotten a call back about fixing the issue.

Great customer service by Adriana. The facility is very clean and it feels safe with gate only access with your specific code assigned at sign up.
