I stopped in to find one item. This is not my usual Publix. I couldn't find my item. I saw two supervisors in the aisle speaking with each other. They were looking down at their phones. I came up to them and very politely asked for them to excuse me, please. I then asked if they knew where to find my item. Neither Superviser stopped talking. Neither looked up to validate I existed. They just simply ignored me completely! Having worked in customer service myself, this was not what I expected from Publix nor Publix supervisors. I was very, very unhappy. My cashier, Milagros, was very pleasant, at least.

I have been to this Publix many times before only to buy flowers. Today I decided to venture into other areas instead of going to my usual Publix. WRONG. The meat employee looked and was unapproachable and the manager seems as if someone woke him from a nap. Do better

Had great experience there. Always excellent service. Love to shop there for year's. I lived in Alabama year's ago and showed at Publix there. I moved back to Florida 12 year's ago. Where do you think i first went Publix of course. Great store every ware.
