I had a great experience with this location. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I was impressed by the efficiency of the process. The technicians were skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning for any future testing needs. Always remember to make an appointment!

I was a walk-in. I checked in at 6:30 a.m. and I was seen at 7:30 a.m. There were 2 other walk-ins before me. They worked through a long list of appointments quickly before seeing the walk-ins. There was nobody at the front desk to answer questions but you could always speak to the staff when they opened the door to call people. I recommend checking in as a "walk-in" instead of making the next earliest appointment if you are a walk-in. I've never had issues with walk-ins with Quest.

If you don't have an appointment do not come to Quest diagnostic for anything. They're understaffed at every location. I needed to drop off a specimen and I could not unless I waited until they completed they're scheduled appointments.

Avoid this location if possible! Staff is lazy and rude! Came in at 800 am for drug test (they advertise doing drug tests until 1 pm), they said they were too busy to do drug testing that day. Waiting room had 2 people!

My positive experience in the past with a Quest Technician is my reason for returning to Quest eventhough the 4801 location is out of my way. As of early morning, today, I found this place very clean. The bathrooms are working properly and are alsoClean. The Technicians function smoothly and efficiently. They are professional and serious, beneath they are obviously warm human beings⚘

I had never been to this location before and was impressed. I had to get bloodwork done for my employer's health insurance. Easy process setting that up online. You get a text from them the morning of your appt with a link that you click on once you arrive. You can't check in any earlier than 10 min before your appt. As soon as I was able to, I clicked on button letting them know I was there. I got an auto reply indicating that I could enter the service center and have a seat until I was called. When I walked in, there were 2 people standing who were waiting to be called. I saw the board that showed how many patients were waiting and didn't see my name which I thought was odd. As soon as I sat down, the inner door opened and they called my name! Be prepared if you are having bloodwork done for an employer, they take your height & weight. You have to take your shoes off for the height & weight which I wish I would have known so that I could have worn socks (yuck). My coworker went to the Miramar location and said that she didn't have to take her shoes off. I was in and out probably within 10 min!

The workers there treat walk-ins terribly, the lady I was suppose to be working with asked me to wait on the side and let her know when I pulled the document up and I will not have to wait again, in less the 2 minutes I had the document pulled up and came back and told her and she said okay once she’s done she will take me she then took two other people and then went on break and told me someone else will help me, MIND YOU I ONLY CAME FOR A DRUG SCREENING something that would take literally no time to do. Then the lady that suppose to help me is just sitting in the room on her phone, I came up to her twice asking if she will be helping me now and she’s just like in a minute give me a moment and had me wait another 30 minutes take a simple drug screening do not go to this place I promise you it will be a waste of your time

I took my 10 year old to have blood drawn at this location. They had open cups of urine on the exam table in the room where they were drawing his blood. They were very rude to us and had no patience for him (although he was being extremely cooperative). They missed his vein and then blamed him. The whole experience was disgusting. Absolutely unhygienic.

They don’t really care for the patients Worst customer service ever after sitting for two hours, they took me off the list and tell me to come tomorrow. Would not recommend to anyone be here. Went to concentra and was done on 15 min !!!

This place has the nastiest employees. They act like they’re not even getting paid for their jobs which blows my mind. The lady who was attending me was so rude I told her she had a nasty attitude and I left. Will never come back here again.

My phlebologist Sharron was excellent. Other doctor offices or places have a hard time finding my vein to draw blood but not today. Sharron was very professional and sucessfuly identified and drew my blood for my routine blood test. Definitely would recommend!

Great experience today! I was a little worried because I was a walk-in, and there were no appointments available. I selected the option on the screen where you can wait and see if they have time to take you. The phlebotomist, Jessica, was very kind and did a great job! I will definitely come to this location again.

Rude staff, scheduling is close to impossible, they are late and they will cancel your appointment if you are as late as 1 minute. And pray that The kiosk take your QR code because if not the staff will make sure to ask you after a minute of your schedule appointment time. Also they draw your blood with straight needle , that’s like a needle so tick that looks like a McDonald straw.Quest online schedule is always a nightmare. Specially for this location. The kiosk was able to take as walk in, however they call ma aside and told me that I wasn’t gonna be seen. Even tho I had 5 more people behind me. I was only one that was told. Not sensitive to fasting or medication. I am to take medication every day at 9 AM j order to survive. They don’t care and not only were rude and impossible, once Iwas able to make another appointment they started asking in front of everybody questions just to get rideof as many people as they could. I’m now at 3334 Sheridan’s location 3334 and even tho I’d hard to get appointments here they do take walks in. And they have someone on the front. I will proceed to talk to my insurance , and start a case I don’t want to ever get back at quest.
