After visiting a few locations, I ended up at the Davie location trying to find specific colors of edge banding that no other place found for me, and Amedeo in the Davie location really helped me and made sure to find exactly what i need. He was patient, professional, and I am so appreciative. Thank you Amedeo!

I don't know if I would revisit unless I was in a jam because service was not good employees were not willing to help, and I believe prices were very high

I closed my account with Richelieu. Their front desk people are okay, but the account reps, and management are unprofessional, lack product knowledge, and refuse to recognise their own mistakes. Then, they refused to refund over $2,000 for incorrect product they charged for and delivered. This is not an isolated event, as I have talked to other wood workers who have told me of similar experiences. Buy your hardware somewhere else!

Very clean store , I was greeted by the sales man immediately.The hardware they have from handles ,knobs, hinges and so much more .Personally, I was looking for a replacement of a old cabinet hinge . Which may I add I looked everywhere . I was told about this store and immediately went . Tomorrow my parts arrive from their Copans Rd location in Pompano .

This store is very well stocked, the service was top notch, I found an American employee who helped me with my purchase in excellent Spanish, he clarified many doubts regarding the materials I was looking for.Excellent !!!
