I recently visited Rick Case Alfa Romeo for service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Juan Guerra provided exceptional customer care. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every detail of the service. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The service was completed on time, and my car feels like new. It's clear that the team at Rick Case Alfa Romeo takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well organized, which made the visit even more pleasant.
A big thank-you to Juan and the entire service department for delivering such a high-quality experience. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and will recommend Rick Case Alfa Romeo to anyone looking for excellent service and trustworthy care.

Juan in the service department at Alfa Romeo was so helpful he made my service experience seamless. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way and updated me throughout the entire day. He was on texting basis and provided me with updates to my car so I knew exactly what was going on and exactly when it was ready to get picked up again thank you Juan for the incredible service and hopefully I don’t have any issues but if I do, I would definitely want to work with Juan again.

Patrick was pleasant, knowledgeable, and probably the only reason we purchased from this dealership. From the time we walked in, no one acknowledged us that night, including the “manager” (a black Hispanic man, I don’t recall his name). We walked up to the three people seated at the counter and told them what we were there for. We were directed to sit and wait, and offered water or coffee, then that was pretty much the last time anyone checked on us for more than 30 minutes. Keep in mind, this was at night and it was not busy at all. We were one of three customers there. We had to go back over to the counter and get their attention again. It was almost like we were bothering them. Eventually the manager came to go over some numbers with us from the couch. How unprofessional! He made it seem like he was doing us a favor. Even when we told him about the numbers we were told earlier, since they were so different from the numbers he was giving us, he rolled his eyes and returned to the counter then came back with closer numbers to what we were initially told. He even proceeded to basically tell us he wouldn’t be getting paid off this deal (something about chips?). If that wasn’t bad enough, he then told us he couldn’t sell the car that night because of the time (and told us he’s never there that late-again, another burden) after making us wait all that time. He never once valued our time or thanked us for coming in. Furthermore, the next day when we returned to purchase the car, there was another rude and bothered person, the finance woman upstairs (again, I don’t remember her name, just that it started with an “Sh”). It took a very long time to be seen by her and she was extremely annoyed pretty much the whole time and not at all helpful. She was very defensive, particularly when we asked about the packages she was offering because we explained to her that throughout our experience, the price keeps changing. There were dozens of times throughout this process that we considered leaving and going elsewhere but stayed because of Patrick’s professionalism, patience, and thoughtfulness. Luckily, we got through the process and the last two people we encountered were great, the young cashier and again, Patrick. This dealership needs some serious training from the top down in customer service. They treat potential customers like not only a number, but a burden. I would not at all recommend this place to anyone.

I need to let everyone knows how bad is the service at Rick Case Alfa Romeo.
Begging with the person who pick up the phone calls to schedule the service.
Didn’t have answers to any of my questions.
Long story short after a week waiting for a part that is now in back order, they give me a SURPRISE at the end of service.
AN ORANGE CONE STUCKED UMDER THE CAR.
I heard a big noise when I was leaving and the surprise was there.
They took it out and then there was a part hanging from the side.
How sad is to see the lack of respect with customers.
I would return my car and terminate my lease if I could.
Not feeling safe on the road now.
Not recommend Rick Case to nobody.
Do yourself a favor and DON’T GO THERE

Jorge Rivera from the service center is truly the service representative I have had the pleasure of working with, across all dealerships and brands I've worked with.
He is kind, professional, energetic, and simply a good person. This isn't a review where I was asked to review or any incentive, it's just that he's so good and worth it. If you need something done at this spot, Jorge R. needs to be your guy!

Great customer service, they were extremely helpful and quick in the process. We started shopping for a car online and did all the paperwork at home, it only took us 30 min to complete the paperwork and get our car.

It was time to buy another car so I went to Rick Case (where I purchased my previous vehicle) in order to get an appraisal for trade in value. I had in mind what I liked thanks to a web search beforehand of the inventory on site. I'd actually set up an appointment to test drive a specific car that I thought was a great value for the price. The salesperson on site Patrick was friendly, knowledgeable and overall super helpful throughout the whole process including getting financing! I didn't know I was going to purchase a vehicle that day, but thanks to a little prior research on the site, a knowledgeable salesperson and fairly easy process from start to finish, I couldn't be more thrilled with my Alfa Romeo Stelvio!

This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I came in with a scheduled appointment and expected at least some level of professionalism. Instead, no one even acknowledged me when I pulled up. I had to walk to the desk myself, where Jorge Rivera told me to sit down and wait.
An hour went by before anyone bothered to even ask for my keys. Another hour passed, and my car hadn’t even been touched—it was sitting exactly where I left it. When I asked Jorge Rivera about it, his attitude was beyond disrespectful. He flat out said, “I don’t know, I’m not working with you,” as if he had no responsibility at all to help a customer standing right in front of him.
When I reminded him that I had made an appointment, his response was basically that it didn’t matter—appointments don’t mean your car will be serviced, they only mean you get to “see a service advisor.” He then had the nerve to tell me he didn’t have to talk to me anymore.
The rudeness, lack of care, and total disregard for my time were shocking. I made an appointment for a reason, not to waste hours being ignored and disrespected. If this is how Rick Case trains their employees to treat customers, then they clearly don’t value the people who keep them in business.
I will never forget this experience, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how poorly I was treated.

This dealership provides excellent service and has been able to take care of my car of every single time. I also appreciate that whenever I pick up my car, they do a hand wash and vacuum the interior. This extra attention to detail makes a big difference and actually makes you feel like you own a luxury brand car.

Review edited: honest customer experience with Alfa Romeo Weston - Ongoing Issues with Vehicle
Since acquiring the car a year ago, I’ve experienced constant electrical issues, as well as repeated problems related to recalls.
It is a huge inconvenience having to bring it back to service constantly just to leave and something new pops up.
We chose Rick Case because according to the ads and “reputation” your the best and our experience has been the complete opposite.
To make matters worse, your sales team that once sold me the car and was so great at the time of sale now has been of no help whatsoever. I’ve received little to no support, and every attempt to escalate my concerns has been met with indifference.
I’m now stuck for a few more years with this terrible lease but hope this can help others. So many brands out there stay away!!!!
