Get a 2nd opinion, when you take it in for service. ALWAYS!! We saved 8k by doing so.. We won’t be taking our vehicle to Rick Case FIAT ever again.

I’d like to start off by saying they were kind enough to take my car in at a moments notice. Once they performed a diagnostic test, they informed me it would be $2600 to replace just the starter. That was just to get the car possibly running and then there were other issues they said needed to be addressed. I couldn’t afford that so I had the vehicle towed home. I then did some research and I found a starter, rebuilt for $125. It took an hour and a half to install it. I know dealerships have overhead, and it should cost considerably more than what it would cost me if I did it myself but that’s a huge amount for a small repair. Lastly, the serviceman was rude to my wife when she inquired about the repair which in my opinion is unacceptable customer service. She just wanted to know why the repair was so much. We’re blue-collar people and we don’t make a ton of money, we just want to be treated fairly.

Worst experience ever, took day off work specifically for this, I have a 2013 Fiat came in bc I have an oil leak, park car in service line get to counter guy is just rather mediocre takes info go outside to get car info comes back inside I tell him what’s wrong, he prints out paper for me to sign I happen to glance at numbers and ask him what is $583 for and nothing has happened to car at all and tells me that’s just to look at the car, this is something you tell someone who has never been there upfront. I asked for my keys n left. I went next door to Rick Case Hyundai n asked them n they were over amazed and thought it was obsurd. Which brings my business to Firestone $41 to check it out and a Master tech to fix it! . Never again will I come out there. Money pit. Then Fiat parts guy tells me they can’t even get parts bc the people are on strike so they could fix anyway probably and would have gave me some sad song about that n took my $583. Worst experience in my 45 years I’m Retired ARMY and never seen this in all my years anywhere. I’m way beyond disgusted !

Set up an appointment and showed up in time. The advisor then told me they don't service Fiat 500 EVs. Someone could have let me know before wasting my time going there. Then the next day I got an email that I missed my appointment.

Rick Case Alfa Romeo sucks number because of Fred the Manager. Once you buy a car he will NEVER answer or return a call. How can he get away with that. Because the rest of Rick Vase sucks as well

Not a pleasant experience looking for a used car by Miguel and then no apology and rude attitude from Andy Radu the manage. I won't go into it all but I would NOT recommend this dealership!

This dealership is the WORSE!!! The service guy Kevin Bonilla is an absolute nightmare!! My car went in just for two new tires which was $800 and to get my AC fixed since it was blowing out hot air! Four days went by so I texted Kevin in the morning to check up on my car and he called around 6pm at night. Well today is a week since they had my car and I keep texting him, no reply so I called the service department and they said Kevin said he's busy with a client. You cannot be the most busiest man on the planet. Take some time and reach out to your other clients that are just trying to get their car back! After this lease is up in October, I will be going to another dealership and not dealing with this one!

After receiving an oil change they forgot to put the mats back in the car, it's been 6 months since I've been requesting the mats to be replaced because they lost the original ones. Now they're trying to convince me to buy another car because then I "won't need the mats". Truly an insane and incompetent set of employees working here. The worst car dealership I've ever gone to, and their sales associates will harass you for months.

Very poor customer service. I've had several encounters in the past yr. I had a 11:00 AM appt. to get my vehicle normal servicing and didn't leave until 5:30 PM with no update 'customer care'.Also on another visit I was told that there's recall on my vehicle and to reach out when my odometer reflects or near a specific mileage to make arrangement to get my vehicle in. NOTE: This the second time around that I've been told this because no one returns your call when you call.I've left several messages with both reps. AND via voice messages. This location in Weston, over all service has DETERIORATED - quite DISAPPOINTING and DISTASTEFUL! The service advisors need to be trained or retrained in client approach/service and the BRANCH OPERATION needs a 'facelift'!

As long as Karl is there I know it's going to be 5 star service. He is always responsive by cell phone, helpful and makes the car servicing process so easy and smooth. Usually having to deal with your car getting serviced is not the most pleasant process but Karl makes it so much easier.

My appointment was 11am on a Wednesday for a diagnosis of a brake light intermittently going off. End of day Thursday I received no update. End of day Friday I called and was told my service person would contact me with update, no update call. Saturday I called and reached my service person who explained they needed car longer. 3 1/2 days and no answers. Then, during this time, I received 2 calls and an email from Fiat asking me if I wanted to reschedule my service appointment because I didn't come in. My car was there! Horrible service and pitiful communication. Zero results from Rick Case Fiat who's messaging says, "We'll treat you like a friend"....?

Sales Team is amazing . Service Team here by far the worst I've ever dealt with. If your car needs to be serviced be prepared to Uber or Lyft for over a week. They never have loaners and will make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I can't wait to get a new vehicle and no longer deal with Rick Case Alfa. Juan the Service Manager or Service Advisor Jorge Rivera be prepared to get upset. They wanted to charge me for a new Oil Pump which would of cost me over $5000 to replace to only find out it was just unplugged from another Alfa Service Department. Don't fall for their limited 100,000 warranty either.

Absolute disgusting how they do business in the fiat department. Trying to sell my wife some service she doesn't even need . From some fuel injection cleaner for $800 to all new brakes for $1600 , just because they thought she is a woman and has no clue . Non of those items are even remotely necessary for a car with 20000 miles . CROOKS , should be ashamed
