I understand dealerships are in the business to make money, like any type of company. However the greed on this one is ridiculous.20% in window fees for a $7000 bike is outrageous. Not to mention I literally had to hunt down the sales associate to even get a response from him. I visited this dealer 4 times in the process of me trying to buy a bike from them and everything I did could have been done in half as many visits.Tell your sale associates to follow up on their leads, how is it possible that even after 2 calls and 3 texts I still have to go into the dealer to get a response to my question.Don't bother coming here unless you're okay with paying a ridiculous amount of money for what is supposed to be an affordable bike.

Stopped by to check out the inventory and see if they had a particular modelI was looking for. Unfortunately, they did not. I walked the entire floor room and did not see what I was looking for and noticed they seem more interested in selling golf carts than motorcycles. Not one employee acknowledged me or even attempted to see if they could help. Oh well…I guess I didn’t look serious enough to bother trying to help. Unfortunately the motorcycle dealerships in South Florida have all become large corporate mega stores and have lost that personal one on one feeling of years past. This dealership is also a bit hard to find as it’s tucked away in a light industrial park and while visible from I-75 is a bit off the beaten path.

Went for a Pacific part they did not have it in stock, but when going to a dealership, that is common. They will order the part, it usually will be there the next day and the price is not bad.

Called power sports parts department , what a joke. I called them 12 times to order a carburetor for a Honda generator with no success. I live in lake worth and hour away and they wanted me to drive there and pay for it before they ordered it. The parts guy Scott know his stuff and was really helpful but still never got the email so I could order and pay for the carburetor. Not to worry 10 mins on the phone with Boca small engine’s and they ordered it over the phone. Thanks Rick case for leaving me stranded and not being able to work cause my generator was down?

My wife and I have been trying to locate a Honda Pioneer 520 since Christmas 2022 - about 2 months ago- I inquired with Rick Case Honda Powerhouse and was connected with Christian (Chris) - who took our $500 deposit over the phone and began the search. About 2-3 weeks ago a Honda Pioneer 520 came in - Chris notfied me and we did the entire transaction remotely. When the unit was ready Chris offered delivery (I live 3 hours away) and I couldnt have been more thrilled!! Who does that?? We covered the gas and my unit arrived today. This has been the most pleasant sales experience - we have Chris to thank for that. He handled everything from coordinating the wire and setting up the delivery - he also had all the paperwork prepared to sign when the unit was delivered. I highly recommend Chris for his professionalism and concern for the customer. I recieved updates - regulary during the entire sales transaction. Thanks Chris and Thank you Rick Case Honda Powerhouse. You all really are Awesome! Doug and Gina L

Unlike some smaller dealers which you call and the owner picks up eager to give you his price right away, these guys act like you’re bothering them and won’t give you a price, they say they will call back but never do.Guess they don’t like making sales, kinda the service you get when you deal with just random employees who don’t care about the business

Been waiting for a Honda CB650R since August/September 2022. I reached out and spoke with Brandon Betz who informed me that he would reconnect when one came in stock as the issues with supply chain were still a thing.In the early days of March 2023, Brandon emailed me saying a bike was available, which I responded within 15 minutes saying I'm still interested and wanted to swing by the same day to see the bike but wanted to confirm if it was ready or still needed the last bit of assembly. No word back from Brandon for a few days, until I reached out (6 days later) which was when Brandon told me the bike was sold the day before my follow up email, so 5 days after he informed me the bike was there.I understand the bike is a good one, Honda makes great products (obviously) but the Sales "Manager" has a complete lack of respect for customers. If this is an example of how Brandon and the sales team at Rick Case Honda Powerhouse treat customers then I can't imagine how any other part of their process can be trusted or respected.There are plenty of great dealerships all around that actually put an emphasis on the customer experience. I'd recommend checking out Gables Motorsports, Broward Motorsports, Central Florida Powersports (in Orlando and were willing to ship a 2019 CB650R to me at one point in this process - real customer service), Two Wheels World (Triumph dealer) or even Cycle Trader to search the country for the Honda you're looking for before wasting any time trying to connect with Rick Case Honda Powerhouse.If you are still dead set on purchasing a bike from here then at the very least do yourself a favor and steer clear of Brandon Betz.

I recently bought a new CBR 600, it was quick easy and very straightforward exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately a few days later my neighbor backed into my bike and dropped it and then a day after that got into a little minor accident,the ladies and gents over at Honda got me taken care of! I would especially like to mention my guy Hector in the parts department, he went above and beyond helping me get the replacement parts I needed at a great deal! This is the place to go!

Took my 2016 honda rancher for a valve adjustment and it came out sounding exactly the same ticking super loud they were telling me the camshaft was bad I couldn’t understanding how that could be the problem after it sat in my garage for a few months i took it to broward motorsports they did a valve adjustment now it’s perfect definitely some shady people working there

The Service Advisor working the parts department is really helpful. This last visit you can tell he was very busy it seemed as if he was working alone but he still took the time to answer all my questions and get me what I needed. I would give 5 stars but I had a not so pleasant conversation with A Sales Rep ( older spanish guy ) that didn't really seem to care about any of the questions I was asking about the newer sport bikes other than trying to sell me one. I've been in Sales my entire life and I believe that focusing on what's most important to the customer should always be priority. The Sales will always come as long as you do all you can to take care of your customers at least that has always been my personal experience.
