Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5. The manager Bill set me up with Luis Diaz to find me another car and they gave me VIP service. Took 5 months to find me the car I wanted and they kept in touch and contacted me the moment a car came in for me. Both of them took all my texts and calls and were patient and their customer service was outstanding. I will be going back when is time to trade this car in. Thank you for making it right!!!
I purchased a vehicle here 3 weeks ago. I do not live anywhere near this dealership and my car broke down. No one can answer any questions regarding rental reimbursement. Not this location or the 800 number. When I call to ask questions no one is helpful or willing to do anything. I will never buy a vehicle from Rick Case ever again. The sales manager hung up on me. Once the car was driven off the lot their treatment is oh well too bad. They clearly do not make sure their vehicles have no issues. It was used but only has 40k miles. Worst customer service I've ever received
Update: car was diagnosed and needs a new transmission. Just got it 3 weeks ago. 2023 hyundai tuscon hybrid 40k miles. This is appalling to me. Newest car I've ever owned and I'm without a car for amonth and I now get one back without the original transmission. Rick case did nothing for me. I am so upset. BUYER BEWARE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

I left my car Santa fe 2024, at the dealership in Plantation to complete two open recalls. I also mentioned that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly. I spoke with Tom Owen, an older gentleman, who told me they would need to check the system to determine what needed to be repaired. I specifically told him to CALL ME FIRST WITH AN ESTIMATE BEFORE DOING ANY SERVICE!!!!
When I came back to pick up my car, I was told I had to pay $410 because they had refilled the A/C gas. I was never called or asked for authorization to proceed with this service. Tom Owen had given me a paper to sign when I dropped off the car, saying it was just for leaving the vehicle — and unfortunately, I signed it without realizing it would be used as authorization for a paid repair.
When I spoke with the manager, Ismael,he did absolutely nothing to help. The customer service was terrible. I’ve been a loyal customer and have bought cars there before, but after this experience, I will never return.
They charged me an unfair and unauthorized amount, and the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The manager didn’t even try to resolve the issue. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers — only about making money. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to be charged for something I never approved.
I will never go back to this dealership!

Buying my car at Rick Case Hyundai was the easiest process I've ever experienced. I appreciated their straightforward pricing, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. They even helped set up my financing without any hassle. Kuddos to Carlos Beatrice and Eddy!! They were very friendly and really took the time to explain all the features of the car I was interested in. I felt valued as a customer, and I appreciate their genuine approach. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Although I had an issue with my vehicle a day after purchase, they took care of it quickly and without charge. They delivered me a loaner and replaced my vehicle right away. t's great to know they stand behind their vehicles. Highly recommend!

My two leases with Hyunday were actually pleasant , informative and even a little fun .
And the transparency of the sales team .

I was at this dealer on 10-10-25 for 2 1/2 hrs just to test drive a Venue. Went to another Hyundai dealer, Got a Hyundai Tucson, test drive, negotiation and document signing was 2 hrs.

Beware of misleading information and poor customer service.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I called ahead to confirm details about a 2025 Hyundai Elantra N in the rare powder blue color — I even read the VIN over the phone to make sure we were looking at the same car. Both the BDC representative and the salesman (Anwar/Andy) reassured me multiple times that the car was indeed powder blue, since I was driving over an hour to get there. This color was the only reason I agreed to do the credit application and the deal over the phone.
When I arrived, the car was completely different — it was midnight blue, not the color shown online or confirmed on the phone. The salesman brushed it off saying, “Sometimes the photos are wrong.” When I asked for a manager, he was dismissive and said “it happens.” (See photos of the blue color shown online under the vin of the car that is actually in the lot- the vin was registered in the wrong photos) After wasting time, gas, and a full day away from work, closing my business, he convinced me to consider the black color, promising it would be the same price and under the same lease program. Turned out that this black car did not exist in the system either and it was the worst experience ever dealing with this disaster of disorganization.
After sitting there for hours, the finance manager found out the black car was actually a 2026 model, not a 2025, and there were no lease programs available as promised. They ended up selling me into financing the vehicle instead of leasing — completely different from what I had agreed to over the phone, knowing the hassle it took me to drive here, and close my business, and desperately I returned to the dealership multiple times over the next few days to try to resolve the issue, but they refused to help get into another car in a lease for the same price range I wanted or to simply just take the car back.
Overall, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Misrepresentation, poor communication, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend verifying everything in writing before doing business here.
