Worst experience ever! I have a leased Kona and it's left me stranded even after the service department gave the vehicle back and told me they could not duplicate the problem. My technician is courteous, however that hasn't helped me get a drivable car back. Had to argue to get a loaner because of their policy (they couldn't figure out what was wrong with THEIR vehicle) and am still waiting for a status update. Never leasing Hyundai again! Only relief is its a lease and I didn't purchase.

Let's face it, buying a car is a harrowing process. However, at Rick Case I left with the car I wanted at a decent price. But most importantly, in record time. No waiting around forever for a manager etc. It was quicker than any other car buying experience I've ever had. They have also been very diligent with communication.

I had the pleasure of working with Alejandro, he was truly one for the people. I told him what I could afford and he went back and fourth trying to work out the best deal for me. The manager as well was also very kind I can’t remember his name but Alejandro knows who I’m talking about. Definitely will come back and refer other clients to him. Great job guys thank you so much!!!!

Service center and manager don’t believe in customer service. I have left multiple messages for service manager and he hasn’t returned my call. I would like to speak to general manager…. Finally they were able to schedule me for service after intervention from hyundai corporate. Guess what they didnt top of the fluids during service. Im not sure if the oil change was done. These people will ruin your car.

Looking for a new car? STAY FAR AWAY from Rick Case Hyundai in Davie (Weston). I wish there was a way to rate ZERO stars. I have an active lease with them for a 2021 Hyundai Elantra limited. The AC has had a problem since I got it. The car is a lemon and has now had 4 repair attempts. Rick Case has now had my car in service since AUGUST 28th. Not once has anyone called me with any updates. I have called and emailed at least 10 different people at the dealership. NO RESPONSE. Wrote to corporate NO RESPONSE. I finally spoke to a human 3 weeks ago and she told me to come in and they would definitely resolve this. I spent 4 hours at the dealership and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I got passed off from person to person. The only thing they were offering me was a new lease several hundred dollars more than I’m paying now. I left in tears. Two days later I got a text saying, “Great news! Your car will be ready on Wednesday.” LIE. Now I have the manufacturer involved and I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. I have now made 2 months of car payments for a car I don’t have. UNBELIEVABLE. If you’re looking for a car, go ANYWHERE else.In response to their reply, I have left multiple messages for Mr. Perry and several others and never once received a call back. This has been more than 2 months now and is an absolute unimaginable nightmare!

Don't bring your car for service here inless you want to wait 3+ hours with an appoint y also the mechanics are shit literary don't know how to do an alignment it's a nightmare of place go to the one in plantation

I bought a new car at Rick Case Hyundai and the whole experience was great. They made it so easy and painless. I got the exact car I wanted. My salesman Eddy Dominguez was great and,Tracey Cohen in finance was great. I am so satisfied and I love my new car. I bought a 2005 sonata back in 05 and now my 2nd car from them is a 2024 Venue and its a great car, I absolutely love it and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good vehicle. Thanks also to Rick and Rita. The best place to buy a car.

Great service. Dwayne who is a car sales man was amazing. I was undecided on what car to buy and he took his time and helped me choose the right choice and made sure my experience was warming and the best thing I loved about Dwayne was the follow up to make sure I enjoyed my ride and nothing was wrong with the car after purchasing. Two thumbs up for Dwayne we need more people like him ?

My family was ripped off by Rick Case Hyundai and finance manager, Tracey Cohen! After negotiating the purchase of a car we'd leased for three years and signing the paperwork for "no money down," my Mother received a call from Tracey claiming she forgot to collect the $1000 down payment. Concerned, my sister gave them a credit card to cover it. But never once during the signing, which Tracey controlled by telling us she got us the best possible interest rate as she pushed paper after paper in front of my mother, was a $1000 deposit discussed. NOT ONCE! Since we were clear we had no money to put down we didn't think twice about it. But then the call came and my family acquiesced. And what a scam it was!!!If you value your hard earned money and wish not to be taken by a scamming dealership DO NOT GO TO RICK CASE HYUNDAI AND DO NOT ALLOW TRACEY COHEN TO FINANCE THE DEAL. She nor the dealership should be trusted. They absolutely scammed my mother out of a $1000 and they should be investigated!!! And by the way, during the financing we discovered we went to the same high school - a connection Tracey used to divert our attention and fleece us. And so i repeat, if you value your hard earned money stay away from Rick Case Hyundai and Tracey Cohen.

Highly disappointed with service for our Genesis!!! So annoyed that is impossible to schedule Conceirge service. It is something we wanted due to our lives! Then to take a day off to get an oil change, with an appointment, and watch my car sit for one hour before it was touched. Not what I was promised with Genesis! The service rep was very nice and car seems well cared for but not happy with Rick Case service at all.

We did not have a great experience. Our salesman was very aloof. When he took us to the car, he told us nothing about it, did not open doors, the hood, or the trunk and acted surprised when we wanted to test drive it. The new license plate was put on with one loose screw (I guess we didn't deserve two). The plate was ready to fall off after one day. The salesman was constantly being interrupted by answering his personal cell phone. There was even a spectacle of a salesman arguing with him at the exit. The good part of my experience was that I bought a quality product at a good price. The finance person (Cesar) was efficient, knowledgeable, and patiently answered our questions. This could have easily been a five-star experience had the salesman shown some concern for us as customers. He was either having a bad day or needs some retraining.

Having both visited in person and called other Hyundai dealerships, I can confidently say that this one is by far the best in the country. I highly recommend it to everyone I know! Yoshua, the manager, went the extra mile for us, and we're deeply thankful. Tracey's honesty and willingness to assist were truly appreciated. Mario comprehensively explained our options and highlighted the car's excellence. Thank you all so much!
