Very disappointed experience . My daughter and I went to this dealership months ago to purchase a 2021 Camry . I noticed the documents from the vehicle was showing a different price . I questioned the salesman and financed manager and they told me it was the Gap insurance . I continue investigating and I asked for a break down and I noticed they added an extra insurance . I called them and I asked them to remove it and they said they would put the money back to the loan . Its been months and we have not received anything .

I purchased Maserati Grecale and dealt with Chris Ranka, the sales manager. I have never seen manager like him . He personally ensured that the whole process was smooth. Not only that he took care of questions few months afterwards. He is pleasant, courteous, amicable and simply the best. I highly recommend him with two thumbs up.

I purchased a car in May, I was promised that I would re eive my tag registration in a couple of days, to this date July 10 hasent happen, I was also promised by the sales rep that he could get the 2nd key, that din't happen either, I have contacted the sales rep and the general manager more than once, to this date no resolution. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS, READ THE FEEDBACK AND BBB REPORTS.

Rick case service is awful. You spend on a quality vehicle and receive poor service. My advice shop somewhere where they will treat you right. I wish I could give rick case a 0.

The customer service at this dealership is TERRIBLE. When they want you to buy a car or when they want you to make an appointment for service, everyone responds and everyone calls you. However, when the ball is in their side, when they are the ones who have to respond to you, no one will face you. They charge money, they charge your insurance for repairs and no one answers you. VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I must say that Jorge Rivera has been kind to us, but the service from the rest of the dealership (in Jorge's absence, since he was on vacation), WAS HORRIBLE! Please do not bring your cars to this site, I feel completely scammed.

One of the best car buying experiences in all my years was at Rick Case Maserati. The process was smooth from beginning to end largely due to the efforts of my salesman and VIP Manager, Karl Dillett. His knowledge of the auto brand, his professionalism, and his diligence in getting me the best deal was exceptional and very much appreciated. I was not expecting to leave the dealership with a brand new car, but I did, a Maserati Grecale GT. Thank you Karl! Thanks also to Sales Manager Fred Wolf for his assistance and Finance Manager Ali Zafar for making the "numbers" make sense. What a team!

This dealership is the worst. I purchased a very expensive car with cash, no financing so super easy. I’ve spoken multiple times to three employees asking to please send me the title. They either ignore me or lie to me saying first that it will arrive in two weeks, then that it’s in the mail, then that it’s overnighted. All dishonest statements. I’m beginning to think they lost it or it wasn’t their car to sell. It has been over a month and I cannot register the car and can’t drive it. I am going to have to get a lawyer. STAY AWAY!

Horror show. The air conditioner is broken, and has been for days apparently...everyone in there complaining. Sat there for 80 min w little activity before I decided enough was enough. I went to the front desk and politely asked for my keys so I could leave not once but twice and was told no. I think thats a felony? I saw my keys so i walked to the end of the counter and grabbed them myself and left. Could not have been worse. Would recommend Manson Motors over this place.
