Just started a policy with Kim from this location. She was so helpful, and I really felt like she was looking out for my family's best interest. When most insurance companies think cold and uncustomer-focused, it's essential to find a rep who has your back, and I feel like I found that in Kim. Thank you for the great service! I was a long time State Farm client and I am happy to have moved over to Kim and Allstate.

Absolute, worst, good luck, getting in touch with anybody. When you have questions about your policy, I've emailed Martha several times and contacted the office and left several voicemails and not a single one has been returned.

I cancelled my auto policy last month, and had a balance I didn't know about go to collections. The bad part was I still had an active renters policy, so they knew how to contact me They said they sent me a letter, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but that was 2 weeks ago. No second attempt, no call, nothing in the apl.They sure did call immediately and blow up my phone if I was 1 day late when my policy was active.
