Yesterday 1/7/25 they decided to close early at 9:30 instead of the 11pm posted on their website and store door. Staff was extremely rude trying to kick everyone out and there was even a lady in the back of the store arguing with an older man who was waiting for a family member in the fitting room. The Ross was barren as it is so there wasn’t much stuff to look at but we initially thought it was a joke because you do your job until the store closes unless it’s a emergency (which it didn’t look like). Never seen a store close hours early for no reason and rush everyone out the store super rude

The store is overall normal but I'm giving it 2 stars because the bathroom situation is extremely deplorable, it smelled like pee all over, toilet paper thrown everywhere and the sinks looked like they had not been scrubbed in years.

Today I had an encounter with security officer when I was trying tennis shoes asking me to pickup the others shoes on the floor with attitude. I ask him to turn off the alarm on the shoes as they were beeping like crazy and the officer responded that he does not have the tool. He thinks I was stealing shoes!!!
He approach me with the camera on as he thinks I was stealing.
We had few intense words exchange, the officer wanted to take the shoes from my hands!!
Also after paying the 4 pairs of shoes, the security which saw me to pay ask me to see the receipt. I refuse to show my receipt as it's not a Florida status to show receipt before exit the store unless you are a member of company as Costco, BJ. I challenged the security to if he has any suspicious of me stealing to call the police which of course he did not as he saw me to pay. I just walk away out of the store.

Worst Ross stores I've ever shopped in, by far! Staff is rude and bullies shoppers out of the store before closing time. They do not accommodate even a simple request to pick up an item on the way to the cash register. One actually said, "That's shopping, the store is closed!" Where do they find these morons?

Have came here three or four times, had items in my hand and then saw the line, set my items down and walked out. I’ve never been to a Ross that had this long of a line with a single or two employees checking out customers. Many of the other stores I’ve been to have the same amount of customers with four or five registers open.

Will not return to this store. I was told by the security that I could not walk around the store with my drink, only to see someone else walk in drinking Starbucks. No where does it say I can't come in with a beverage.

What an experience… we made about a 25 min line because at 7.30 pm the store only has 2 cashiers available. Never coming back
