Many years coming to Sallys several locations in Broward when I have a hair crisis.The staff are always helpful. Nicolas however is exceptionally the Best! Thank you for being so awesome in such stressful situation. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back again.

If you are looking for shades of color for your hair they have a variety.Very friendly staff as well.

Great store for shampoo and beauty products. You can get the generic versions of the name brands at a fraction of the price.

Giving it 2 stars because it is not the store I am complaining about, it's an employee. I walk in and ask an associate who is sitting on the floor by a shelf if she can point out where I would find a product. I show her a photo of the product (from Sally's website). She says, "We don' have that" and turns her back to me. I tried to tell her the photo is from Sally's website but she was done "helping" me. I was going to leave but decided to take a look around just in case... Guess what, I found the product. I go to the register and she is ignoring me (she is sitting across from the register when I called out if someone could ring me up. I finally say it again and she comes over. I point out that they did indeed have the product and she ignored it. Seriously, there was no other customer in the store. Another employee was stocking shelves towards the back and clearly I did not expect her to stop what she was doing to come work the register. I won't go back to this Sally's because I don't appreciate being treated like I'm bothering someone when I ask them to do their job...

Hair color swatches for most of the dyes. Makes it so much easier to see at least the approximate target color. Friendly staff.

Came into this store clueless doing a project on my hair lol - but Brittany and Alicia (I hope I spelled this correctly) literally saved - guided and informed me about each product I needed and took the time to make a game plan for what I’m trying to achieve . Super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care and not just trying to upsell you.

Walked into the Davie store today to purchase some nail polish remover. Once I paid I realized that I was charged $1.49 more than the price displayed. When I brought it to the clerk's attention she rudely told me how there was nothing that she could do in the store and walked away. Awful customer service! I will never shop here again!
