Unbeknownst to me-Speedway employee's are now wearing 7-11 Shirts as well as name tags! Is 7-11 buying Speedway? Either way, this store is fairly clean (could use some organization) Employees are friendly and helpful.

I would like to address a recurring issue I've encountered during my visits. Each time I stop here and attempt to use the women's restroom, it has been locked, with associates indicating that it is out of order. Unfortunately, the men's restroom has not been well-maintained; on my last visit, I found the toilet clogged and in an unsanitary condition. After requesting to speak with a manager, I was provided with a key to the women's restroom, which was in excellent condition. I believe it is important for all facilities to be properly maintained and for women to have reliable access to clean restrooms. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Came to pick up an overnight UberEats order and the doors were locked even though it’s suppose to be opened 24 hours. White car is parked outside but no one is seen in sight inside of the store. I was receiving a nice amount for this delivery and was highly disappointed that I was unable to complete this order for the customer. The least you can do is leave a note on the door or something.

I'm a regular here and rarely get what I'm looking for. Sometimes the store is closed. When I come in to pay, I get told cash isn't accepted. Only one cashier is pleasant to deal with and she's the only one who puts any effort into bringing positivity to the workplace. I will not be coming to this location before 11am anymore because wawa is less than a minute away and is absolutely nailing the gas station game right now. I wish this was only the second or third time I've had this experience. But, unfortunately, after living in the area for 30 years, it's clear this location just isn't set up to succeed.

Lost customer. I used to come in every morning and buy mango monster drinks and but taquitos or tornados (whatever they are called). It appears the manager does not know how to do inventory control as they run out of mango monsters in about 2-3 day. I also would pick up the jalapeno tornados which again, i would buy 3-6 at 8 am. Again, no longer offered at this location (easy money). I have asked the staff repeatedly to have these two items available but it is either not passed up the chain or disregarded by the manager.
In the last couple months, it got worse. I understand they had to retrofit the pumps and it is the nature of this type of business but the inside also went further down hill. Many times I asked employees if i could get container so I could purchase a hotdog (since what I want is not there) and was ignored (another lost sale). Now they have a new POS that makes it even harder to input the perks number (took 3 tries this morning). Again no monster drinks or tornados, but hoping they would get there act together I have not been going to Racetrack across the street.
Today, again no monster mango, and no jalapeno tornados. I got another monster drink to try and got 3 chicken tornados, not what I wanted but it was advertised a but 3 tornados and get a monster for 4 dollars. I got to the register and was charged over 6 dollars. I asked the clerk why it was not 4 dollars and got no answer. I should have left the monster and tornados that I was compromising by buying on the counter and walked away. It too 3 tries to put in the speed perk number due to the new POS. Not wanting to be a jerk I paid and went to work.
When I got to work, it appears the tornadoes were yesterdays as they were unable to be eaten because they were old and dried out. Basically I paid between 6-7 dollars to not have anything to eat or drink this morning. They need to get a manager in this location that knows how to manage staff and inventory control. I will start going to racetrack across the street even though they don't advertise deals but the price you pay is what is marked. Also, I have never gotten rotten food from Racetrack either and they told me they keep extra stock of mango monster since they are happy to have customers purchasing things at their store.
Business Advise: In a business as this, sell what the customer wants and not old food and drinks no-one buys. Get a real manager, I saw what looks like a new management team come in but they too ignore customers. Don't hire store managers that do not want to interact with or provide what your customer are looking for.

Can't pay with credit card at pump, must go inside. Inside is closed also huge inconvenience.

The place was dirty, not clean nor well kept up. There is litter outside and not very good customer service.

According to their website it's open 24 hours but one of the guys that works overnight, always locks the front door for the rest of the night, I don't know if he goes to sleep in the back or to his house. Sometimes you will find him in his car on the side parking area, he will come out of his car with an attitude like you doing something wrong by knocking on the store door.

As soon as I exited my vehicle I get bothered by someone asking for money. I went inside to inform the attendent and she didn't seem to care at all. I informed her I had never been to that station before and that's not a great first impression. She seemed to take offense to that and was not pleasant after that. As a almost 5 month single driving female, safety is my upmost concern. I wouldn't recommend this location just for the lack of care or concern for the comfort of paying patrons.
