I've been wanting to change my phone and carrier, so I walked into this store, there were 2 employees both with a customer. Neither one acknowledged me walking in the store, the lady salesperson walked by me, I smiled and said hi and again she did not acknowledge me or even say I'll be with you shortly... I walked around the entire perimeter of the store looking at the phones and still, Nothing from either one... I did not expect them to leave the person the were helping, however, being acknowledged that you are there goes a long way... After 5 minutes of being ignored I walked out. If they can't even look at me and say hi, I'll be with you shortly, or even smile to show they know you're there, I don't want to give them my business.Off to check out Verizon !

I requested a service at home and because I didn't have social security, they didn't provide me with the service. It seems absurd to me. I'm still paying for it. The truth is, I prefer to change operators.

Came in to take care of my mother's phone. This involved moving her from another one horrible carrier to T-Mobile to be added to our plan and we were fortunate to meet Quincy. This was not an easy process as the carrier was outside of the US and we were experiencing many problems. Quincy was well mannered, super helpful and most importantly knowledgable about what we needed to do. We had to return the following day and he made sure to coordinate a time when he would be in the store to further assist us with our issue. Our issue was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner and my mom got her old number back as well as a working phone in less than 24 hours. Quincy was amazing and if you are having issues with your phone/service he's your guy!

I came here a couple of weeks ago to help my parents transfer from another provider. Quincy G. went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist us with professionalism, patience, and expertise! He gave us the best deal and advice and maintained a level of customer service that was more than we expected. Also wanted to give a quick shoutout to Elena for assisting us with the final transfer. Kudos to this location for giving my family an amazing experience during our time of need!!

Came in to upgrade my sons phone from the 12 mini to a 14. Thanks to Elena Infante the process was smooth she was so helpful and quick. This location was great.

I have never had such a great experience at a mobile store before. This is mainly due to Joshua. His customer service is second to none. He's incredibly knowledgeable of all of the programs T-mobile has to offer. He has impeccable customer service and a great disposition. My girlfriend and I are very happy with our new service, phone and internet. Ask for Josh. He'll take good care of you with a smile.

Very bad customer service, you will wait a long time.The employees are indifferent to customer service, they talk and laugh while customers wait for an hour or two to be served.

After taking the time to come into the store to inquire about any potential upgrades, and wanting to inquire about switching phones from Samsung to Apple, the guy with the dreadlocks acted as though I was a bother to him. Took no initiative, and just continued to stand up with his back side against the counter. We have been with T-Mobile almost 20 years now, and if this is the face they have representing their retail much less the brand. I think we might have to switch phone service providers. I just walked out because of how rude this retail store worker was in his general engagement with customer interaction. 3:45pm, 12/09/23

Bought a new nice A54G with a big Otter case.....Cool right ? NO but not in Bidens America.....after 1 month I woke up w a cracked screen ? I always had a case for my phone....20 years no cracks on my phone. Now I have a cracked screen on my brand new phone & local repair wants $150 to repair or go thru Tmobile warranty process & only pay $100 thru the Warranty. Either way I'm screwed out of big $$$. Otter case is bulky & totally useless if it does not prevent your screen from cracking in your sleep while phone is on the stand. ?????????????????????????????.....cell phones don't last even a month now ?, PLUS you have to pay hundreds of dollars to replace/ repair ????????? Ahhh yes. BIDENS AMERICA .....but Not for me ?

I have been to three locations lately due to phone drama. Two of the locations had a total of three employees I dealt with who were amazing. Well, I come here and my luck ran out.I walked in and the mamager was real nice. But he was helping someone else. I came here because the other two phones said the phone I wanted was out of stock. But this store had it in stock. Supposedly. Well, they didn't in reality. Basically the employee who helped me spoke little. He did not explain things well and worst of all, I actually left my brand new phone that I was trading in on the desk when I was leaving. I assumed this is what I was supposed to do since I was trading in this phone. I fiddled around on my personal phone and was about to leave several minutes later. I saw the new phone was still sitting there. With no one around. I said to the employee....can you please put the phone somewhere because I don't want someone taking it and me not getting credit for it. (I ordered a new phone and had to wait two days for it). Anyway, he tells me....you are supposed to take it. Me? You never told me that. So if I did not notice this expensive brand new phone lying around, it most likely would have been lost or stolen. Turns out I am supposed to turn it in today when I have them activate my phone in person. I had to ask this guy every little question. Very disappointing because I do think T Mobile employees are great overall. This one needs to learn the ropes a little better.
