Had my finger prints done on a Saturday. The lady working was polite & able to multitask with multiple customers & attend to me as well. I would advise the owner to get additional help to assist as it was pretty busy.

Horrible place of business. They could care less. They ruin your moving plans with no apology. Just too bad. The UHaul truck we promised you isn't here. You can get one similar in a different city, and you pay the additional mileage. What a joke. What horrible people. They probably never had a truck available as promised. They just lock in their commission and then send you to a different location at your own expense. I hope this place goes out of business. Totally dishonest and deceptive place of business. I will file a complaint with the county Business and Licensing Division. I'll email the Davie Mayor, and local city manager. What a scam operation. Stay away from this business. Don't trust them. UHaul did this to us twice. They promised a truck at a specific time and location and then, at the last minute, informed us that the truck was only available at a distant location. Additionally, they said the added distance mileage cost was mine to pay. Do not trust anyone who sells the UHaul product/service. Go to Penske. They don't tell lies to get your business. They really have your truck at their location on moving day. UHaul, and those that do their dirty business dealings, can kiss my *ss.

Today, I had to send a package to Venezuela, and the service I received was exceptional. Not only was the staff incredibly attentive, but they also provided me with valuable advice to ensure I got the best price and helped me secure my package to prevent any damage during transit. I will definitely return whenever I need to send something.
