Melinda and her team are nothing short of lifesavers. My fiancé and I were working with another lender when, with only a week left before our commitment letter was due, our mortgage fell through. We reached out to Melinda in a panic, terrified we’d lose the house. She immediately took the reins and worked tirelessly to secure us a mortgage (at a great rate!) and get us to the finish line. Melinda has been amazing to work with on multiple properties. She really knows her stuff and always finds the smartest way to structure things financially. What I appreciate the most is how much she genuinely cares, she digs into every detail to make sure there are no surprises at closing which provides much needed peace of mind! She’s always available when you need her, even on weekends and would even assist me past midnight whenever she could. You’ll never feel left out or being on your own. She truly stands out after dealing with other brokers who dropped the ball, the difference in professionalism and follow-through was night and day. Can’t recommend her enough!

Melinda is amazing! We had a very complex situation regarding a purchase involving two couples. Melinda worked diligently to find us the best possible options until we were able to find a lender.
