Chris took care of the flat tire for me today. I was so grateful because it was such a last minute thing after I just dropped off my son at his session not too far away. I waited for two customers to be taken care of before they worked on my car's tire, which is fine! I only waited an hour while I enjoyed my food and drink from Wawa next door. I had gotten my tires replaced just around Thanksgiving before this and they remembered my face. Also, for oil changes here, it's a good value. Happy New Year!

I went into Tire Kingdom on Friday more for a new tire on my brother's car. He wanted 1 tire with the sensor. The man told me he needed all new tires, but could get away with 3. He looked at the car and said "I can't touch this until you get all new chrome lug nuts as these are swollen and you need a new stud. (was missing a lug nut and asked me why? Not my car and I don't drive it). He said it might be stripped. I asked him about the sensors, and he quoted me 150.00 per sensor. In total, it would be about $1000.00 for 3 tires, sensors, and an alignment. This was not for the lug nuts or the stud as I would have to get them from an auto parts store. Well, today my brother took his car into a different tire place. He got 2 tires and an alignment for 230.00. And he got the sensors too! Now please tell me why there is that much of a price difference? Is it because I am a woman and not supposed to know any difference? I worked for 10 years in auto manufacturing plant, so I have worked on cars. Everyone I walk into a tire place to get new tires, the people try to push more and more stuff on me that I don't need. I have watched them do this to other women too, but say nothing to the men. I don't mean to make this about the difference between women and men, but I can't help and wonder about the price difference of me going in to the store and my brother going into a different tire kingdom. Needless to say I will never go back into that tire kingdom.

About a month ago, I went here to see if they could help with a plastic engine cover underneath the car that was pulled loose by a parking stop. They told me that they couldn't fix it properly and directed me to a body shop. I was impressed by this because they did not want to do a shoddy repair, and sent me to the proper place. That means they do things the right way here.It was time for an oil change and I chose to return to here. I arranged for an appointment time and they were ready upon my arrival, no waiting. They did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation. They did every item of service they promised. At some places they forget to top off the fluids as promised. Not here! They did everything they were supposed to do, including filling my washer fluid.Great service here; they did everything as promised, on time, and all in about an hour. Definitely going to return.

Great service. A tire I bought in a different TK location got a nail. The manager Bosco was able to minimize wait time, even though I came just an hour and a half before closing.Ian did a great job removing the nail

The manager and staff have excellent customer service and are big supporters of first responders, law enforcement. I will be going there when my vehicle needs to be serviced.

Price given on their website and confirmed via email was not honored in store. He asked if I wanted to add tire disposal and alignment to the price. I pointed to the e-mail confirmation saying "I want to pay the price I was given yesterday from your website." I wasn't mean about it but if I got an email saying I could come in the next day and get these tires installed for a certain price I'm not expecting to pay more. Tire disposal and alignment was not included in the price, I'm not sure if this is normal to add them afterwards. I asked to add the alignment to the price so I could see what it would come out to. While he was entering the price increases for the alignment / disposal he tried to distract me by asking what vehicle I'm bringing in. The vehicle make/model/year is on the work order, why are you asking me this? While looking out at the vehicle he says " Oh, definitely with those you need to align all four tires." I don't know a lot about cars but tires always need to be aligned when they're put on or rotated. I brought up the price I received from the website, showing the e-mail confirmation, and questioned the difference in what he was now showing me on his screen. It was $250 more than what I was given the day before. He said "We discussed this." To which I responded "We discussed what?". He said "the alignment". I told them that now the price was $ 250 more dollars than I agreed to and they could cancel the appointment as I was leaving. What I assume was the manager followed me out to my car asking if he could help me. If you have to chase a potential customer as they're leaving you may want to take a look at how you operate. Before when I entered and was waiting to be helped, the employee asked another customer to come behind the counter and use his computer to leave a 5 star rating for them. The employee made a big deal about how important those ratings are. You shouldn't have to ask your customers to give your service a good rating, it should be a natural response to the service you provide. All the reviews they have should be taken with a large grain of salt as I witnessed firsthand them walk a customer through giving them a five star review while still in store.

I would definitely recommend this tire kingdom! I needed to replace my tires so I figured I give them a try and they were absolutely amazing. The staff was great, I will definitely be back??
