Carol was exceptional at coordinating deliverables with the seller as well as myself. She made the process so easy for me - as well as helping me with homeowners insurance. The final service wow came at closing with TLC’s closing agent. He came to my home, he was so organized and provided detailed direction to me on next steps. Extremely efficient and effective across the board.
