The most favorite grocery shop where shopping is really a pleasure! Unfortunately for the last several months we get a frustrating experience at the check out where produce is not properly placed in bags or the crew makes them overload and as a result you may end up with your grocery rolling over the parking lot. Attention, smiling faces and detail orienting this what makes Trader Joe especially unique. Hopefully the management will address this issue to their staff.

Today 12/18/24 I went shopping at 3-30pm only to be taken care of 2 ill manner ladies I though they were 13yo because they acted as if they just got out of prison or jail. Neidy flagged me down to give her my 2 items no hello no greeting no thank you. I asked her if she was 13 yo because she have no manners and she was rough Ian’s possessed no epeople skills and she had the nerve to talk back to me and replied that I’m the first and I told her I doubt that very much. Ivy was rude to no eye contact cold as iced not greeting no thank you. The shifted was match perfect because they’re in cohoots with one another because I saw Ivy whispering to the manager Mr Richy such a kind very professional and he gave me his complete attention. I’ll continue going to TJ’ because this has won’t ever happen to me again I just got unlucky to be taken care of two rude uncharismatic unpolished uneducated girls it’s so sad.

Great small grocery store. Allot of unusual and hard to find frozen items. If you are a wine drinker, check out their options. Also, countless employees there to help you find an item if needed, just ask!

I love Trader Joe’s, the people are great, the food, etc. but lately, I feel there has been a decline in quality. My husband bought these flowers yesterday, and according to him, they were covered by paper so he couldn’t see that they were rotten. These are not cheap flowers, and it’s a shame that they sell things like this.
