Had a horrible experience with U-HAUL itself because my initial reservation that I had was no where to be found , it was the end of the month and NO U-HAUL place in the area could accommodate me!! No one had trucks and I was furious ! Luckily I passed by here and JOSE was outside and was able to pull some strings and get me a truck ! Literally saved my whole day !!
