I had a fingerprinting appointment at this location and arrived a bit early. Melissa welcomed me warmly and assisted me right away. She was attentive and kind throughout the process. The environment was pleasant, and overall, it was a great experience!

Melissa was the most helpful!! She was incredibly calm, kind, and patient with some difficult customers. She efficiently helped me complete what I needed and displayed the best customer service I have ever received from this facility. She answered my questions and was the only one to help me find my information! I will be coming back just for her as the 5 stars are only for her astounding service!!!!! Thank you Melissa. I came in with a prepaid UPS label, just needing to drop off my package. I’ve done this many times at other UPS locations without having to wait in line, since no receipt was needed.
Unfortunately, the employee on duty was unnecessarily rude and insisted that I stay in line, even though it wasn’t required for this type of drop-off. Only after I explained it again did he rudely tell me to just leave it on the side.
