Was next in line, had 4 items that needed to be returned to Amazon, had my scan codes ready to go on my phone, walked up and placed my first item on the scale and held out my phone to be scanned and then she took the guest that came in after me because they had one item. Extremely inconsiderate and rude, didn't stop or apologize when I verbally protested to the behavior.

I had a great experience at this The UPS Store. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful with my shipping service. Liz, Sue, Tina and Christina have made the whole process quick and easy everytime I go in. The store is clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how professional they were. I’ll definitely be coming back for my shipping services. Highly recommend this store!

I loved my experience after the bad experience I had with FedEx. I truly want to thank Sue for helping me with ny package and helping me tape the box. At the fedex store I didn’t even get a hello and they didn’t care to help me not one bit. Please to the manager you should definitely appreciate your employees because they are very nice, professional and friendly!
