“Family Thrift is a non profit that provides families in need in Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach with clothing and furniture. They will pick up your gently used clothing and furniture for their stores here in Margate and in Lauderhill. They also do buy outs so their stores are a mixture of new and used items. They have this store in Lauderhill and another one in Margate. I had fun sorting through the treasures. They had clothes, furniture, household goods, decorations, and collectibles. There was a lot of things to look at and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of inventory. Everything was neat, organized, and fairly priced. I saw several people who looked like resellers picking up items and checking prices on their phones before popping it into their carts. If you see something you like grab it. If you enjoy thrifting you will want to check this store out.”
“If you enjoy classic crate digging, come to this record store. I literally spent hours because of how many crates there are and they cover a huge variety of genres. They allow you to play test the records prior to purchase in case there is a defect and the records are fairly priced. To add on, I've met multiple owners at different record stores and Mindy is by far the most genuine owner I've spoken to. Would recommend 5/5”
“Looking for designer items at NOT designer prices?!? Items are clean, affordable, and there is ALWAYS an AMAZING selection! Do yourself a favor and stop in! There are always sales, and prices dropping. The staff is friendly too! DON'T pay retail when you can save tons of money here! From the "new arrivals" rack to the "deep discount" rack (up to 75% off already low prices!) They are also the most organized of any consignment shop I've ever done business with, they will send a detailed list of the items they have taken, and donate the items that they don't take. Shop a small, local, family business!”

Lots of furniture, his and hers clothing, buckets of Legos, paintings, dishes, books, and CD/DVDs. It is well organized and priced to move. I love just looking through the furniture and I’m impressed at the quality and diversity of the donated goods. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. It is located directly on Broward Blvd close to i95. Watch out for rush hour traffic as getting here can be tricky if you’re going against the traffic.”

“I honestly did not want to miss the opportunity to congratulate this store, something funny happened to me, I went in furious to make a claim because I bought a defective item, I entered the store all upset and I met a manager who literally put me in my place, she I was at the cash register collecting, very sweetly but energetically he told me, sir, respect the line and when your turn comes I will help you resolve your matter, I waited with anger but with time to cool down, when I got to it I was already more controlled, She explained my rights to me and I came out rather embarrassed for having gone on the defensive. I think her last name is Batista. You rarely find such polite bosses in these places who, despite being upright, put me in my place with respect. I think I will shop there again, it is also very nice”

“I love this goodwill, the staff is very friendly and you get good things, for example, I got a very good photo printer and a good price, it just didn't come with the cable, but everything was in its box. The truth is, not only are they donated second-use things, they also have new things. in the box of course not all the time but sometimes you can get good things very early in the morning”
