The Black lady working in this office this morning appeared to be professional, but was actually very arrogant and rude. She nitpicked and used her tiny bit of power to deliberately make things difficult for customers. She didn’t come across as well-educated, yet she deliberately acted superior and authoritative. It was like watching a clown in a circus—disgusting. No wonder this office only has a 1.6 rating.

Worse customer service by Melody. She is disrespectful, hostile, and condescending to the customers. Doesn't even let customers speak or ask questions. It's frustrating to go there to do a simple transaction just because of her. Unfortunately, this is a consistent experience with her. This person should not be working with customers.

Horrible service, the two women are there working as if they weren't paid, they don't even know how to say good morning.

If I could give a zero I would. One person behind the counter. 16 people in line.

Just left this post office. 9am and one person working. All i had was a prepaid ground box and needed one piece of tape to close it up. I was informed that tape was only for priority mail. Wow once piece of tape? Never going back. There is a resaon ups and fedex are better.

It's unpleasant to be in this department. There is an old black woman with brown hair working there, she is extremely rude.

I go to this post office often and while they are very small and very busy the staff is always polite and knowledgeable.

I went there yesterday morning to drop off a return. The door was open but nobody was there, I was still able to drop my package off in one of their containers. I'm giving 3 stars because I really don't know how to rate this. It was bizarre. The package was picked up the next day so at least it's going where it needs to go.

The people that work there are miserable and it shows. A line out the door and one person working the desk. I can't call them a customer service rep because they have no idea how to give customer service. Lazy and rude is not a good combination for someone in a service industry such as the post office.

Had an issue with a package that was mislabeled. Spoke with a woman named natasha who was extremely pleasant. She was able to get it all figured out and out for delivery in under 5 minutes. I think people need to have a little bit of grace. USPS workers are some of the hardest working and underpaid mail carriers. Taking that into consideration before you show up demanding answers about your package, might change your outcome. Thank you Natasha, you are awesome and I appreciate all you do.

I’ve had friendlier experiences reading transcripts from Guantanamo interrogations than dealing with Melody. I swear, ICE deportations to Salvadoran prison camps include more warm fuzzies and better customer service. At this point, I’m convinced Melody isn’t a real person—she’s a hidden camera prank YouTube channel in disguise. There’s no way someone can be this consistently nasty without it being a performance art piece. I’m in the reverse Truman Show—everyone knows what’s happening except me. This isn’t real life. This is Melody’s Hell, and I’ve been accidentally cast as the lead in her villain origin story.
Anyways if this is indeed real avoid Melody, avoid this location altogether, avoid Florida, heck avoid the country. Ship using a camel in Northern Africa.

If you have any kind of social anxiety do yourself a favor and find a different post office.
Melody will basically scold you for asking questions of any kind or just existing wrong in her presence I guess.
I’m a younger person and have sent very few mail items in the past so I didn’t fully know how it works. I assumed I would be able to have helpful guidance but instead was snapped at for not being fully prepared in the way she prefers. There was no one else in behind me or in front of me, so it’s not even an issue of being super busy and wanting to move the line along. I had an interaction with her not even two minutes and she was angry before I even opened my mouth.
I know being a postal worker sucks sometimes but there’s no need to be so unkind and severe to someone who’s barely said even a few words to you. It just seems unnecessarily harsh.

Oh melody. Not so sweet melody. I really don’t know if she hates life or she hates her job and she just wants to make everyone miserable with it. Not only did she ask for my id and then have me wait 20 minutes for her to ask me again what I was there for and then told me if it was delivered after 10 it won’t be in till next day. But she asked for my id and walked away for over 20 minutes when it was a simple it won’t be there till tomorrow, just saying. Just after the gentlemen before me was informed they can’t ship over a certain wattage for batteries and yet she couldn’t and wouldn’t tell the gentleman what the requirements are. But you work there and have to know in order to accept it right? He asked every way possible for assistance and she just snarled and said not my job. But you see you work for the government. That is your job. You should also be a little more nicer too. Smile a bit more maybe if you fake it enough it might stick to you permanently and just maybe you might enjoy life a bit more. I’m living in my car and can have the decency to be nice and kind even while I’m at work.
