If I could give them 0 stars I would. The people are always so rude and they never have stamps. How does a post office not have stamps. 0/10 review. Drive the extra few miles and go somewhere else.

Wow, I was surprised that I was not the only person to have a power trip racist play by this lady at the Davie post office. The audacity of her attitude and supremacy is disgusting. She doesn’t acknowledge you if you are white and barely says two words except is there anything hazardous? She started an incident with me in the post office accusing me of cutting a line and it was obvious she was pulling the little authority she had in her life over a white person in that moment. Truly truly the epitome of a racist customer service experience and I hope she’s no longer employed there

Ive never seen a less helpful post office. The lady was too busy looking at her phone to care about helping the customers.

Horrible service. The bored lady there can’t give clear instructions, acts like this is the last place she wants to be at and definitely doesn’t care a bit about any customers.

The attitude of certain staff at this location is alarmingly negative and unprofessional. The atmosphere feels hostile and negative, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment. It’s clear these employees are unhappy, and that energy impacts everyone around them. Management must take immediate action. No one should be working in this state — for their sake and the customers’.

Completely agree with prior comments. Woman that works here is so disrespectful, I have reported this issue and will continue reporting until she gets fired! I advice everyone that has dealt with her to report the issue directly with USPS consumers affairs!

The problem here isn’t with this location being understaffed. It’s the lack of respect and customer service from the staff. They’re always on their phones taking personal calls or texting instead of providing efficient service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The women working here seem to have no interest in helping customers and act like doing their job is a burden. There’s no courtesy, no professionalism, and absolutely no effort to be helpful. It’s frustrating to deal with such attitudes, especially in a place that should serve the public with basic respect. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable.

Post office in Davie - I read horrible reviews for all post office’s in my area - today I met Yolanda . She was extremely kind - great customer service ! I would like to commend Yolanda for her kindness !

The lady that worked today June 25 at 10:50am training a new guy. She has short buzz cut hair platinum blonde hair. Horrible. Just unacceptable. She’s the rudest ever and this is not the first time. I don’t want to see her again. USPS needs to step up their game and get her fired.
