Some type of sales fraud going on in this store. They made the impression that they closed my account, only for me to find out via verizon phone support that it was never closed and I would have to pay taxes on the account to pay off balance even after going through and reversing all of the bill charges. I should mention, I asked for them to waive a fee I had to pay just for them to sucker me out of the other portion of the deposit! SMH. avoid at all costs. Phone support will only help with so much and act like they're afraid to remove store charges!

Finally a nice experience with a salesperson.
This is one of the few times I've had the feeling like the salesgirl was listening to my needs and trying to look for the best options at the best price based on what I was asking for.
She seems like she was never in a hurry and all of my questions had an answer, very pleased. I love it, thank you Maria.

This is the worst customer service and store Manager Dailis Cruz and clerk Rafael was rude and refused to help me. They told me to call customer service myself and I would recommend that any customer avoid this store for any services. VZ continues to disappoint and the customer is not #1.

I need a new phone immediately and Andrea who assisted me right away was the best. Super helpful with the who process of trading in my phone and helping with activating my new service. She answered all of my crazy questions and was super patient. Great experience!
