Went to run our dog up and down the hills and enjoyed the sunset while we were there. Well kept park with all needed amenities and friendly park staff. The shelters are also well placed and kept.

Great park for exercise, I recently found out that they have a yearly pass for $30, it's better than paying $3 each time on the wet.

Although the park is spacious, clean and great for biking, running or walking, loose rocks on certain paths can be dangerous, especially in hilltop areas. It is definitely a great exercise workout location. The downside is if you exit the park during heavy traffic times, you can wait quite a while in either direction.
Playground: There are several playground areas for children to play and run around. It's very spacious.
Toilets: They were clean and in convenient areas.
Dog-friendliness: It appears dog friendly, but I saw someone who had a dog off-leash which may be fine for him, but if I had my dog with me, it could have caused a problem. You can never predict what can happen, even if your dog is harmless.
Picnic area: There are picnic tables in different areas, but more would be a welcome convenience on busy weekends.

I’ve visited this park a couple of times over the past few years and is beautiful and offers so many different things to do. It literally has something for everyone! For me, I really enjoy going here to see the wildlife. I especially enjoy seeing and photographing the burrowing owls and seeing their young, when they have them. They are fascinating birds to watch!

Went for a walk here while I was in the area. Very nice park to get some steps in. Particularly if you’re looking for a hill.
