Medications take too long to fill.
Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy. Even with multiple techs present, no one helped or acknowledged me. The staff acted indifferent and unprofessional, showing zero concern for patients. If you value your time and your health, take your prescriptions elsewhere.
I’m moving to a pharmacy that actually prioritizes their patients.

I’ve been using this Walgreens pharmacy for a short time but plan to switch due to repeated issues. Medications take too long to fill, and both delivery experiences were a mess. The first time in had my medication filled although I paid for 2 day delivery i received it 4 days later , mind you it was antibiotics I was to start immediately. Then this last situation was just the ultimate, I had an asthma flare-up, and couldn’t pick up my urgent prescription, and the person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The medication was delivered to the wrong house, and yo top it off, I was wrongly charged for two deliveries. This all happened while I was struggling to breathe. I’m moving to a pharmacy that actually prioritizes their patients.

I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy! I was there to pick up my blood pressure medication right before I left for vacation, & thankfully the pharmacy manager really helped me out. She called my insurance & went above to get me my refill before I left the country. Awesome service & definitely making this my regular pharmacy.

A pharmacist ( Kimberly ) reddish hair, who not only knows the inside and out but also carries herself with such poise and presence. The way she broke down a doctor’s prescription and explained the medication with clarity and confidence left me seriously impressed. It’s rare to find someone who’s that knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping people. Because wow she’s amazing . Professional, i’m impressed … Thank You 🙏🏼

People need to realize that medication is not anything like fastfood, their Pharmacists are all very polite and work extremely hard, going WELL above AND beyond to help people who are trying to find their way through the US Healthcare System. With healthcare and insurance companies that have been changing policies, what and how each medication is classified and dispensed... At times changing them as quickly as each month... These awesome people are doing everything in their power and more to help keep everything as easy as possible at the in-store and drive-through dispensaries.

I understand this Walgreens pharmacy is open 24 hours. That is probably the only good thing I can say about it. I have had 2 recent experiences. The 1st was picking up a prescription after my son got a metal piece stuck in his finger and needed an antibiotic called in from the urgent care. 24 hours to get the prescription filled. Good thing it never was infected.
The 2nd was a script called in today. I got a text that they needed updated info. I called and after several minutes with their AI phone attendant I was connected to the pharmacy. I explained that I would be paying for the script as my insurance would not be in affect till Feb 1. I asked about any available discounts and the attendant said she would connect me with someone else. While I was put on hold again, I received another call from Walgreens. I thought maybe I had been disconnected on their end. Nope, another automated call telling me about the delay and need to clarify by calling in. A cross over in communication. I called back and had to again go through that poor AI info idiot. I finally reached another attendant who now told me they have no discounts which I know is not true.
I love Publix pharmacy and will only deal with Walgreens when mandated by my insurance!! This pharmacy has a lot of room for improved customer service.

Just advice don’t bother to go to this pharmacy the pharmacist work over there. Don’t have no knowledge of the difference between the dose and the quantity of the medication such a shame for a big pharmacy like Walgreen. Have pharmacy staff have no clue about there own job. And for this pharmacist work there, do not take my word for it just go ahead ask other pharmacist from other Walgreen branches. Maybe you can learn something.

never has my medication in stock on time and they don't bother to tell me until it's too late and i have no more medication. many employees have an attitude when i ask for more assistance or information as if it's not important to them at all. probably switching pharmacies soon as they've been doing this for years

This Walgreens will always come through for you. Sometimes you have to call but if your nice they will always work with you. No need to ever freak out. Mary, Cindy, Judith and the entire staff are the best you can get. Times are rough, doctors are closing down and some patients like myself are going through the ringer but it's not the pharmacy's fault. This Walgreens is the best.
