Basic Walmart. Plenty of staff. Always helpful at the deli. Only issue is the staff that are filling orders in the store don't seem to want to move out of regular customers way and kind of have an entitled attitude. Otherwise. Walmart is Walmart.

I come here because their prices are low vs Publix which their prices are very high! It's as if the entire staff was handpicked for their ability to be rude and disrespectful to the customer with no customer skills whatsoever. From the moment you walk in, it is clear that none of the employees actually wanted to be there or help. Their attitude throughout the store is ridiculous. I was met with EMPLOYEES SHOPPING FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS THAT DID NOT GIVE A CARE IF THEY RAN YOU OVER WITH THEIR CARTS "IT WAS GET OUT THE WAY ATTITUDE". Let's not leave out the eye-rolls and sighs that made me feel like I was bothering them by being a customer there. Their employees seem to dislike their jobs including management. The aisles are empty and with no space to walk because all the carts are blocking the aisle and they are not moving for you at all it's your bad. Needless to say, the comments of their shopping for you as one said I'm not stressing I will just say it's out of stock!! I will not be returning anytime soon. I just arrived from new york. I went to get cold cuts and the lady took a good hour, I felt so bad for holding up others on line. After i had finally got my cold cuts I head on line. I was on line for 47 minutes and the cashier woman decides to tell me that I need to move because she has to go home. There were only 2 cashiers available. Im in complete distraught with my experience there and I refuse to go in there ever again.

I can't believe the appalling experience I had at this supermarket. It's as if the entire staff was handpicked for their ability to exude rudeness and irritation. From the moment I walked in, it was abundantly clear that none of the employees actually wanted to be there. Their attitude was contagious, spreading a gloomy atmosphere throughout the store. I asked a simple question and was met with eye-rolls and exasperated sighs that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by even being a customer. It's baffling how a place can function when its employees seem to despise their very jobs. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Seriously don't do business with these people . And don't expect to order and get what you want for pickup . A lot of times you're going to get a different item and they'll charge the full price of the original . They'll say that's all they had as a substitute. They tell you when you order from them you have to accept the fact that if they don't have it they're going to give you a substitute . They provided a far less quality product and then try to get away with charging me full price. Waste of expensive gas and time. This method of purchase is worse than bait and switch. There's scam artists. That's who this Corporation is.

Wanted to buy apple AirTags and online to pick up in store they were 89.99. We bought them and other stuff then realized we were charged 99.00. Went to customer service and the team leader said she couldn't give them to me for that and Walmart wants me to purchase them on the app. Online it also says if the customer shows the online price they will honor it. Customer service there is always so rude and management does nothing

I went to do a return this evening(Feb19) that I purchased on November 20, 2022. They refused to honor my return claiming it was already over 90 days even though my receipt showed when I purchased this item. As a consumer, when it says 90 days I see it has 3 months from the time you buy it. Not how many days are in a month. I had 1 more day (November 20-Feb 20) to make this return. This is why I don't shop at Walmart but unfortunately had to go here when I made this purchase. I rather spend more by going to Publix or Target. I have since called corporate to complain. I'm not the one who likes to complain but I feel this needed to be. I will not set foot in this Walmart again. My daughter was with me and was even confused on why they refused it.Update: They called me this afternoon and I was able to get a refund(gift card). Nikema was very helpful and told me that it shouldn't be months and not calendar days. Thank you for your help.

Nice, bright, clean Super Walmart.I decided to get some stuff for the condo and I got some nice stuff for much less than I would have gotten at specialized stores like the Container Store.They do have a good selection of home organization items and I find their MainStays brand to be very good value. It's a win/win. Great prices, good looking items for the home...things neatly organized !

I have never written a bad review on anywhere, I understand retail and big box stores such as these and how hectic it can get. However, the management needs more training and human decency to deal with their employees. I ordered this morning for pickup in my car. I showed up at the beginning of my 5-6 pm window and waited for almost an hour when I went to ask where my order was. It said my order was picked up and I was charged over $70. Several cars pulled in, got their items brought out, and left before me. When I went the first time they said that they will handle it. Three more orders came out, none for me. 20 minutes later, I went IN THE STORE, which i was trying to avoid hence the car pickup. I had employees telling me I parked in the wrong spot and that my order was given to another car. This is 1.5 hours in, I'm waiting inside for the manager to tell me if I can get a refund. I asked multiple times to speak to him directly because I did not want to bother employees. He or she refused, they said I'll get a refund and sent me on my way. Almost two hours later and I left Walmart with nothing. I have never experienced such shitty service and I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's not that difficult to do basic car drop off services, if you need training there are many people with common sense, including me, that can show you.

Employees don't wear their masks here. No help when you ask where to find certain items. Employees curse and gave inappropriate conversations in front of customers even children! Please Walmart can you make sure your employees understand we are in a pandemic this is unacceptable! Also, customer service made a mistake with my return and put it on a gift card when I paid cash and then said there was nothing they could do since it was already put onto the gift card. It was her mistake but I had to just deal with it. I asked for a manager and they never came. Worst experiences in a Walmart ever.
