Located on the outside of the strip mall on 595 and Pine Island, this was my first time in this branch. Inside it looks to be all redone and updated. There is a longer line for the window and only one person working behind the window. After a bit of a wait and 4 people were taken, another person finally came to the window to help with the line. The teller who helped me was friendly and efficient.
This location is on the bigger side and feels a little bit sterile. There are a lot of open cubicles with bankers meeting with customers. I don't like this type of openness in a place where you are potentially discussing your financial matters for everyone else to hear your business.

Been visiting the bank for over 10 years for personal and small business with great help resolving issues Recently Jennifer assisted me with a terrible experience due to multiple stolen check fraud that took several months to resolve well. Also managers Mr Merritt and Mr Hardy helped me with a short term higher savings account etc Plus they’re near a Dunkin Donuts

Terrible customer service. One of the bank employees made a mistake and closed my account even though she Specifically she wouldn't She would leave it open so I could get my most recent payycheck.Turns out the account was closed and I didn't get my paycheck ( I had updated direct deposit to go into a new account I opened but we agreed we would leave the account open just in case the paycheck would be deposited in my old account) I called the bank numerous time and left 2 messages. I was told by another employee that Mrs. Wright ( the employee who made the change) received the message would call me back as soon as she was with a customer. It's been 5 days and I still waiting for a response. Every time I call she is not available. I wish people where more responsible

I walked in to open a checking account and going to set up direct deposit. It was 4:20 and the lady turned me down because she had a 4oclock appointment that was already 20 mins late . She said it takes to long. Why would i want to bank with a company like that. Terrible service

I have been banking with Wells Fargo Bank for a number of years for most of my banking needs.Though many other banks have become very impersonal and customer service has suffered, Wells continues to offer excellent customer service at bank locations and over the phone.I also have received excellent customer service and assistance from my long time personal banker Lester Hardy at the Wells bank on State Road 84 in Davie, Fl.I highly recommend that you bank with Wells and if you are in the Ft Lauderdale area, go see Les Hardy.

Wells Fargo bank demanded a letter and made me and my wife hunt down all Kinds of documents as proof we were double charged while at a resort. We did everything they asked and sent them all the documents as proof. Then they changed their position and decided it was already credited back. Maybe they should have looked into that before wasting our time. No wonder they got caught cheating people of millions of dollars. Hope they paid a hefty fine!!

This review is for the ATM only. At the risk of coming off as entitled or spoiled, I was pretty disappointed to see that there was no Drive-Thru ATM service at this branch. Although the ATM outside is state-of-the-art and I also like that there is a ramp for disabled patrons, you need to park and walk to the ATM located on the north side of the building. Guys, when you have a short break at work and really need to get your transaction done, the convenience of an ATM from your car can be truly invaluable. The other major thing, which is most dismissive about the location, is the overall access. The branch is located within a highly-trafficked retail strip. It is actually dangerous to drive in and out of the branch with traffic coming at you from all different directions without adequate stop signs. I hope they improve on this, in case they've wondered how to beef up business here!
