not a good customer service experience just now

I swear this bank i waited like 45 min in line to cash a check there were 3 tellers one looked confused the whole time like not sure what she was doing another was talking to another co worker laughing instead of getting the 4 customers in line out the way they were just taking their sweet time at one point a manager came in you would think to help get customers taken care of NOPE! Comes n helps one teller do her job meanwhile she was the one gabbing so she clearly cant do her job! SMH I wouldn't mind but this is everywhere u go this generation cannot multi task, move fast or a big one PRIORITIZE like customer service i wish i could give 0 stars I am big on looking at reviews i never give them but I had to this place is the slowest bank 45 min with 4 pple in line to get out the door.

No one answers, there is a counter but there is no one, I tried to scan the QR code and it didn't work. I was there for 15 minutes and no one offered me help.

The drive thru takes forever, today they even served an old costumer before me.
Being coming to this branch for years and is always a lot of waiting time.
No wonder they are closing and closing branches, ineppted employees

Jesus RAUSEO is the best staff in Wells Fargo I have ever met, somebody steal my online account and open three different checking accounts, transfer my money, get cash from my credit card, I am so helpless,Jesus RAUSEO spent 2 hours handling my problem, he is very nice, patient,kindhearted,professional. There’s a long line to wait, I feel embarrassed, actually one case only can occupy 30-60 minutes, but he is calm, until we finished our case, he take a deep breath! Thank you very much, Jesus RAUSEO, I appreciate, you deserve 5 stars!

I usually do my banking at another Wells-Fargo branch, but was in the neighborhood, so visited this branch for the first time. I went inside to make a small cash withdrawal. There was a short line, but this left me with enough time to observe the two tellers. They both had nice smiles and seemed to interact with the clients in a friendly yet efficient manner.
The wait was not too long; under 10 minutes. My teller was Samaria. I did not have my card with me. This did not exasperate her in the least; she located my account using other ID. She processed my withdrawal, which included a hundred one dollar bills, both carefully and efficiently, and used the bill counting machine to show me that the numbers were correct. Before giving me the withdrawal she reconfirmed my identity by texting a verification number to my cell phone - which I appreciated, given the various sophisticated frauds and scams that are rampant nowadays. And - she was personable and friendly throughout the visit.
It may seem a small thing, but it was a very uplifting hassle-free experience. Sometimes I leave a business place feeling less upbeat than when I entered. This was the opposite. I was in a good mood on arrival, and in an even better mood when I left. Kudos and thanks to Samaria and her coworkers for this mood-enhancing encounter.

Wells Fargo has been sued for taking advantage of their customers & made up charges. Wells Fargo takes money from accounts claiming it’s maintenance or regardless that your account shows the funds are there & available they’re taking your $ anyway. I will be closing all 6 of my accounts Jan 2024. All direct deposits will stop at that time. I will not allow someone to dig into my pockets.

Was just reading all the negative reviews and they are all true .This branch is the closet to me but I generally avoid going there. The commercial drive thru is always broken. I tried to go there this afternoon ( Friday) and there are 7 people waiting in line plus cars outside at the drive thru but only 2 tellers on the busiest afternoon of the week. I walked out because I wasn’t going to wait 30-40 minutes to make a deposit and get change. After all these years of the same complaints it’s obvious they have no intention of correcting these issues!!!!!

No matter what I need, I'm never let down by the service provided at this location. Like most WF banks, it's a good size to accommodate a larger crowd & the employees are typically friendly. I've gone here for years & have never had poor interaction. There are times where it may get busy, but the employees do good at managing the crowds. Inside is always kept tidy with plenty of tellers to assist you. What I like most about this location is that they have 2 ATM machines. There's a drive thru one, which makes it convenient to withdraw/deposit money without leaving your vehicle & also one right by the front entrance to use on your way in or out of the bank. Although it may not seem like much, having 2 ATM machines available really helps minimize waiting around. For some reason it seems like a lot of WF have negative reviews from many years ago. From what I've read, I've personally never experienced any of the issues stated. I happily use this location whenever I'm in the area & plan on doing so in the future. It's a great bank to use as your regular location or in passing.

Horrible location. Take forever to do ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION. do yourself a favor. Don't go there. It never gets better. Been years of the same ridiculousness.

Clearly understaffed and not well run. Only occasional moments of good customer service, largely dismissive of clients. And the people who is working at this location don't have any customer service now I wonder how they get their job! So sad
