Wells Fargo has been sued for taking advantage of their customers & made up charges. Wells Fargo takes money from accounts claiming it’s maintenance or regardless that your account shows the funds are there & available they’re taking your $ anyway. I will be closing all 6 of my accounts Jan 2024. All direct deposits will stop at that time. I will not allow someone to dig into my pockets.

Was just reading all the negative reviews and they are all true .This branch is the closet to me but I generally avoid going there. The commercial drive thru is always broken. I tried to go there this afternoon ( Friday) and there are 7 people waiting in line plus cars outside at the drive thru but only 2 tellers on the busiest afternoon of the week. I walked out because I wasn’t going to wait 30-40 minutes to make a deposit and get change. After all these years of the same complaints it’s obvious they have no intention of correcting these issues!!!!!

No matter what I need, I'm never let down by the service provided at this location. Like most WF banks, it's a good size to accommodate a larger crowd & the employees are typically friendly. I've gone here for years & have never had poor interaction. There are times where it may get busy, but the employees do good at managing the crowds. Inside is always kept tidy with plenty of tellers to assist you. What I like most about this location is that they have 2 ATM machines. There's a drive thru one, which makes it convenient to withdraw/deposit money without leaving your vehicle & also one right by the front entrance to use on your way in or out of the bank. Although it may not seem like much, having 2 ATM machines available really helps minimize waiting around. For some reason it seems like a lot of WF have negative reviews from many years ago. From what I've read, I've personally never experienced any of the issues stated. I happily use this location whenever I'm in the area & plan on doing so in the future. It's a great bank to use as your regular location or in passing.

Horrible location. Take forever to do ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION. do yourself a favor. Don't go there. It never gets better. Been years of the same ridiculousness.

Clearly understaffed and not well run. Only occasional moments of good customer service, largely dismissive of clients. And the people who is working at this location don't have any customer service now I wonder how they get their job! So sad

Clearly understaffed and not well run. Only occasional moments of good customer service, largely dismissive of clients.Sad to see a great branch (University and 39) get closed and this become my closest option.I'll drive further rather than come back here.

Didn't proceed my wire transfer. Kick me to another wells Fargo branch, but the other Wells Fargo branch never do wire transfer at weekend.

Gotta be the worse bank, as far as customer service, in history. 6 people waiting in line inside and only 1 teller. 2 or 3 other workers walking around doing whatever. I Only use this bank to play a couple of bills. Would never use WF as my primary ?

I have 6 accounts with Wells Fargo. I walked into the lobby today to open a new account and was told I would have to have an appointment. Never have I done anything other the walk in and add my name the list in the lobby. Wells fargo has definitely lowered their customer service standard.

They are always slow and understaffed for the drive through lanes and sometimes nobody would be there. Usually I would just go inside but I saw only one car a head of me but turned out I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a simple service. They also gave me the wrong amount of cash in 2 different times when I cashed out my money.
