Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phones, have seen them just standing around while phone rings and rings. Rude clerks. And the branch manager had a major attitude.

Walked to the teller to ask where I could be helped with for opening accounts, and he politely told me to have a seat in the lobby and someone would help me. Two people who came ahead of me were helped before me and by the time they got to me they said it was too late and made me schedule a new appointment for next day.
Came in the next day and unfortunately I forgot some documents, so I told them I'd return in ten minutes. After returning I once again waited in the lobby this time over 45 mins before giving up and going to the front desk only to be told to wait again.
This was all while was storming outside so for 20-30mins I was the only person in there. They need a better system to address clients other than just sit there and hope someone notices you, or train them on customer service and greetings.
If you're coming here make sure you do so with an appointment otherwise you're gonna be wasting up to an hour. The other reviews summarize it:

Well, I have had my account with Wells Fargo Bank for 6 years and I have never had a complaint, I have never had a bad experience because you have to have access to all the movements of what you do with your account and any need and help that I have needed. They have always helped me, they have never told me that they have not always been there for my needs. Thank you

They couldn’t break a $10 bill for singles for me to use the bus unless I had an account… But they’ll sure run to the government with open hands to collect their taxpayers bailout money.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BANK! I have been with them for 11 years and I must say they are the worst I have ever dealt with. I gave one star because it made me. They charge fees for everything. You get better customer service at the drive through at Burger King. I have switched over to navy federal and what a difference. Now I really see how bad Wells Fargo really is and how bad they treated me all these years. My advise to anyone thinking of opening up an account with Wells Fargo don't do it they don't give a shit about their customers and show it!! Besides the fact they fee you to death.

If you want to waste your time, here is your bank of incompetents. Do you come to make an appointment? They give you the appointment for the next day, but they call you 1 hour before to cancel it and reschedule it for the following day. Another thing is that in a month, 15 days do not have system or internet. Welcome to the worst bank in Florida!

Yesterday I tried to open a CD account and the answer is that I can do it online Today I try again and they tell me that they cannot guarantee that it will be in Spanish and on the internet it is only in English The worst deal They have no desire to work. What a shame they own our money.

Deplorable treatment, terrible education, little desire to work, don't waste your time in that office, I don't recommend it, they give a horrible image to a bank like Wells Fargo, the people who work there if they don't like it if I work, let them look for something else. We are in the USA, friends, here you have the opportunity to do whatever you want.

Last week I was in desperate need to find some old bank transactions from 2014, I called Wells Fargo customer service and I also went to a Wells Fargo branch in Fort Lauderdale, told me they could only go 7 years back of transactions, no one seemed to be able to help me until I reached Jennifer the operations manager at downtown Davie, Wells Fargo location, she was heaven sent! Jennifer went the extra mile to help me, and she was able to retrieve what I needed! She provided excellent customer service, I will only be going to this Wells Fargo from now on!!
