I got my new Nissan Rouge from Eddie Sosa. His customer skills were A-1. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped the process go smoothly. Would highly recommend him and Weston Nissan for any future car purchases for myself and/or anyone I know.

Originally they thought it was an issue with the accelerator pedal, which they ordered and replaced. Unfortunately upon pick up, the van had the same issues. They did some additional testing and found that it had voltage issues. They soon determined that rats had chewed through some wiring and they would need to order a new harness. It took quite a while for it to come in but when it arrived, the technician immediately removed the old one and replaced it. He actually stayed late to get the job completed.

I recently visited Weston Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Mark Mirand and Ed Downing. I was looking for a new car and they both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. Mark was very knowledgeable about the different models and features, and he was able to answer all of my questions. Ed was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and that I understood all of the financing options. I would highly recommend Weston Nissan to anyone looking for a new car, and I would definitely recommend working with Mark and Ed. They are both great guys who truly care about their customers.

Had an issue with the mass air flow sensor on the Nissan, while on a trip. Called them to check for the part and a possibility of getting it fixed up the same day. Mr. Tony Figueroa, the service manager, handled the case in person for me and made sure we were sorted out immediately. They were super helpful and very nice. Sincerely appreciate their help and honesty in fixing the car and verifying the diagnostics with a test drive.

The service department is very well run. From the initial greeting to drop off, the person handling that is very welcoming and pleasant. The service waiting area is really very comfortable and clean. The service person who handled my problem, Jorge, was also very good and explained everything clearly. Although I had to leave my car for a few days waiting on a part, I was given a rental car and daily updates until the repair was completed.

Hector Leon was very helpful and not pushy at all. He ensured I walked out of the dealer knowing I got a deal. He also helped me get rate quotes for insurance. He even called me the next day to see if I needed anything else.

I love my Service Representative Ashley Pena she is great! She makes sure all my car needs and both my children's Nissan cars are thoroughly checked and she calls us right away with any unforseen problems. I feel safer knowing our vehicle's are under her watch. Ashley goes above and beyond to make sure our vehicle's are maintained, one less thing I don't have to worry about we just drop off our vehicle and she let's us know the prognosis and when it will be ready for pick up. There is a Nissan Dealership and Service department way closer to us but we drive 25 to 30min. to Weston Nissan because we like Ashley Pena & Mark Levenberry, Mark is our sales representative we have bought 5 vehicle's through him and sent several people to him but unfortunately you have 2 Mark's and the other Mark took several potential buyers and 2 ended up buying. Now i just tell them the bald Mark. Ashley from the Service Department is so friendly, makes the process of maintaining our vehicles so much easier. If I need more information or she is unsure she will have the mechanic that is servicing our vehicle call us and explain the necessity so we understand and there is no miscommunication when it comes time for the bill. There are several people in Service department that are friendly but we really like Ashley taking care of our car needs. Can't forget the mechanics they have done a great job on our vehicle's over the years. Thank you Marion

I researched the car that I wanted and submitted an inquiry to test drive this specific model. I wasn't pressured at all to try anything else, the advisor was respectful and said he would have that car ready for me to test drive on the day and time of my choosing. The follow ups were not overly aggressive and I found him to be respectful of my time. The day of the appointment was smooth as well with an incredible salesman named Alfredo U (you MUST go see him) who was knowledgeable, patient and super kind. I enjoyed the experience and I feel like I got a great deal for the exact car that I was dreaming of. I would not have had the same experience in Miami.

The service workers were very pleasant and explain what work was needed and the cost in advance of starting the job. The wait time was within a reasonable time. The waiting area is very clean and accommodating. I would always take my car for service at Weston Nissan.

Went to just look at cars wasn't planing on leaving with one that day my Sales Consultant was Davin Davis he was super nice and understanding he made this process of getting a new car easy. If you want your process of getting a new car to be smooth ask for Davin. He got the car clean and gas it up for me thank you again
