“Got a pair of AWESOME Jean's today for half off and I had $4 extra off for being a rewards customer....So $14 for the best fit Jean's ever!! The gentleman with the dreads that checked me out was very pleasant and easy on the eyes...Also thank you to the fitting room lady for understanding that I had a big hole in the pants that I was wearing ....and that's why I was there buying new pants...she let me go straight to checkout so I didnt have to put my holey pants back on...over all the plantation store in davie is the best store ever..thank you”

I believe her name is Amanda, approached me, helped me pick out hats outfits boots she was such a doll and had a wonderful personality. “This review is EXCLUSIVELY for Bill with Loss Prevention. We’ve been shopping around all morning throughout the stores and the sensors at the entrances have been going off. As soon as we walked into Ross and told Bill that what’s been happening, he very knowingly told us it was either a Micheal Kors or Coach like brand that has sensors in the wallets. We checked and sure enough there was one. He truly knew exactly what to look for. I’m sure he is doing a great job making sure the store is being kept up with a great smile and eager to help. “So I’ve not been to the store YET!! However, I called at 7:55pm; five minutes before closing and I got Kirsten on the phone. Such a kind & friendly voice and extremely willing not only to help but go WAY above and beyond!!I was calling for a specific shoe in a specific size & online showed them available at this Davie location. I was hoping they would ship it from there to me in East Delray Beach, and save me the 45 minute drive. Unfortunately, their system does not allow for that. You must be present to make a purchase!I said no problem and figured I would make my way down eventually or just order them online…but Kirsten was like “oh that’s far, I’ve an idea… How about I call our other stores? that are closer to you and save you the drive?”I said wow, Really? Thank you but that’s a lot of extra work for you and I know you are closing. I can call them myself, but thank you so much …Kirsten went on to say… “ I will probably reach them faster since their caller ID will show it is another store contacting them… Plus, Sometimes their inventory is not updated online and they just might have them in stock. I really wouldn’t mind Courtney, would you like me to see if another location closer to you has them available?”Wow!! I was floored and so pleased to be chatting with someone as awesome as Kirsten!! And not just because she was helping me! She proceeded to call not one but three locations and found them available for me!Kirsten is a stellar individual, someone who enjoys helping others, and goes out of their way to ensure their happiness!
