He didn’t just assist me with picking out boots and outfits—he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure everything fit my style perfectly. Even more impressive, he stayed after store hours to help customize my boots and put together outfits that I felt confident in. That level of dedication is rare, and it truly made the experience unforgettable.

“This review is EXCLUSIVELY for Bill with Loss Prevention. We’ve been shopping around all morning throughout the stores and the sensors at the entrances have been going off. As soon as we walked into Ross and told Bill that what’s been happening, he very knowingly told us it was either a Micheal Kors or Coach like brand that has sensors in the wallets. We checked and sure enough there was one. He truly knew exactly what to look for. I’m sure he is doing a great job making sure the store is being kept up with a great smile and eager to help.
