He didn’t just assist me with picking out boots and outfits—he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure everything fit my style perfectly. Even more impressive, he stayed after store hours to help customize my boots and put together outfits that I felt confident in. That level of dedication is rare, and it truly made the experience unforgettable.
I also want to give a shoutout to Courtney at the register, who was friendly, patient, and made the checkout process smooth and enjoyable.
