I been trying many eye Doctors in all broward but never like Tim Zeigler i see perfect now i understand why he is the Air Force Eye Doctor, all his staff is very knowledgeable and professional i highly recommended

Pros: Very thorough exam... that's it.Cons: Too many to list in this review. All I can say is Dr. Zeigler is one of the most pretentious doctors I've seen. He took quite a bit of time at my initial appointment for my exam. However, after that is when everything fell apart. I went in a second time to try on the trial contacts he ordered for me. Neither of them fit well, both prescription and comfort-wise. As I talked it through with him, I also know he had patients with appointments. I told him I would schedule an appointment and come back to discuss my questions/concerns so I wasn't taking up his other patients' time. Keep in mind, his assistant said I didn't need to schedule an appointment to come in for my trial contactsHe told he I didn't need to schedule an appointment. He basically told me the questions I was asking were too complicated for him to explain and it would be easier if I just let him do his thing. No patient education, nothing.I was left with Option A (his suggestion, aka uncomfortable) or Option B (my initial prescription I came in with). No other options, no attempt to meet halfway, nothing.At the end of it all, he offered me a refund and said "there's nothing more I can do for you, here's a full refund, no hard feelings, but hey.... AT LEAST YOU LEARNED A LOT ABOUT YOUR EYES."Everything I "learned" was my own learning, which wasn't anything I didn't already know actually.Dr. Zeigler is pretentious and cocky, is not patient-centered, and does not want to consider anything other than his own opinion.

Dr Ziegler and yesenia were so helpful and very efficient. Walked in and out with new and cute glasses for a great price in under 30 minutes! They put the frames in while you wait. Love that!

Great Dr, found the problem I was having when no one else could. I’ve now moved, but I will literally fly to Florida just to be seen by Dr Zeigler. Absolutely the best!

Yes yes and 100 times yes. I've worn glasses for 20 years and this is hands down the very best exam I've experienced.Talk about being thorough.I spoke to Melanie, Optometric Assistant, who helped me schedule the appointment and found the time that worked best.The exam itself was as thorough as I've ever experienced. Specifically because the prescription was obtained for function AND comfort.As anyone who wears glasses knows, having one and not the other doesn't help. Doctor Zeigler knocked this out of the park and I am exceedingly grateful.

One of the best eye doctors I have ever went to. He is very thorough on my eye exams and spends the time to make sure I am knowledgeable on my current eye sight. Staff is also great!

This optometrist came highly recommended and he certainly lived up to the hype. Definitely worth the long commute up for the eye appointments. If you have high prescription contact lens this is the best place to go. He's an expert in his field and strives for the best for his clients. I was very impressed by his professionalism and wealth of knowledge. His artisan craft is slowly fading with technology but is a still needed skill. Military friendly, very approachable and well trained in his speciality.

Very dissatisfied with this office. Been using this doctor for many years. When I called to make an appointment, I inquired whether or not they still took my insurance and I was told yes. The day before my appointment the office called to confirm and I once again asked about the insurance and was told yes they do accept the insurance. When I arrived I was told by Dr. Zeigler that they did not accept my insurance, and haven't accepted it for 5 years. I then left without having an eye exam. What a waste of time. Think twice before using this office.

We move often so I've been through my fair share of eye doctors. I can truly say Dr. Zeigler and his staff are awesome! I've never had such attentive care from an eye doctor as I have here.

They removed debri from my eye that after going to another eye store twice couldn't find.. needles to say the gained a loyal customer no more sleepless night for me.. he's a real eye doctor not a guessing doctor..
