Resident in this building; currently 3 am in the morning and we can’t sleep because thrash chute have been “compressing” trash since around 10:30 pm, you can hear the sound in the whole apartment, you don't know many times I complain about the sound and nobody cares.. so yes, we are moving soon, because the only solution was moving to another unit.. so they lost our business.. please stay AWAY from the trashcute units..

Zona Village Residences is a wonderful- clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The community feels safe and friendly, and the amenities are great.

Fantastic property, well managed, clean, and constantly being upgraded. Lee and Dominique great to work with in the leasing office. I rented a 1/1 and move in and move out was very easy process. Best part of the property is the expresso machine in lobby

i wanna start by saying this is the best building ive lived in and ive only been here since August. Lee ( the leasing office manager ) is an absolute doll to have thru my move in process. she has made this such a smooth non traumatic transition . the building is super super clean and pretty. im seeing so many horrible reviews but maybe its new management here that they didnt get to experience. the pool is great, sometimes a little too cold. definitely need more machines in the gym for women, a thrust machine and kickback area. pool table needs to be replaced as well as the sticks. also the construction that has the parking issue in dissaray. HOWEVERRR this is a great place to be. i came from a 1/1 in Lauderhill so this feels safe and great. the new marketplace downstairs honestly is a plus for everybody who is short an ingredient or two. having restaurants downstairs is great. everything i need any help with, Lee is always there to help me , and im so grateful for that. i wish they split parking to other on the outside gravel part and not mix it with the parking in garage. one of my favorites is that i cant hear mu neighbors or anything happening outside. 😁

I lived here for 3 years And I recommend you avoid living in this place. The current management is absolutely horrendous. They have so many empty apartments that they try to force current tenants to sign longer leases to make up for all the empty apartments. Management staff is almost impossible to get a hold of unless you are on site during their open hours, and even then they will make you sit there and wait before they help you. They do not answer the phone. I actually had to call corporate office on two occasions just to get a call back from the managers who work right downstairs from where I live. Did I forget to mention that they're overpriced and that there is dog poop everywhere? There is dog poop in the elevators, dog poop down the hallways, dog poop in the parking lot.

Great place to live! Zona Village strives for the best of the best. The office staff & maintenance team are wonderful. I enjoy the events and improvements made in the building (food trucks, pool deck socials and launching the Oasis Marketplace). Lee & Dominique are a dynamic team, their combined experience and genuine care go a long way!

I’ve been living in this property for almost four years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The maintenance team, Yasmani and Leo, always take care of any requests within 24 hours they’re professional, kind, and respectful every single time. The office staff is just as friendly and helpful. I truly love living here; it feels like home.

Stopped in today to check the new Oasis Marketplace, met the owners. And I think it’s an amazing concept with great potential and convenience to residents - now I can satisfy that pizza craving 24/7 without worrying about store closing or even getting in my car lol thank you for bringing this to our community

We can say with certainty that Zona Village in Davie is among the best in our opinion. A well maintained property, a great housing value for the dollar and the staff keeps the property in top tier condition. The management team is a pleasure to work with.
