Could they of picked an uglier color for building? Zona must be paying off Davie council because now they say they need 70 more parking spots for their building, how did this not get discussed during planning. It’s taken zona almost 365 to. Implement the sidewalk and driveway to phase one parking, if this is any indication on how bad planning is we will expected the sake mess when they do phase 2 parking lot.How does the town think 70 more cars won’t affect the quality of life on SW 39 courtSo many issues with this building, prople with city let things slide. ( not enough clearance for dump truck or trash truck down back alley , leaking main pillars and floors on north side of buildingCountless fire alarms that go off and no fire trucks show upLoud music, screaming kinds and watched 15 kids jump security wall to get to pool!! You go Zona!!No wonder no lives long there after a year This street use to have 4 cars on average we will say in these 2 single family lots but now will have 70… hmmmTried getting speed bumps on but Davie won’t budge maybe Zona will want to be nice to the or existing neighors and help keep the noise down

Need Daniel Cabassi back to management. He’s the best. He shouldn’t work after 5 though. Will give 5 stars rating when he comes back. Zona village was great in first year. Need Zona back like how it was.

Enjoy living here. Dominique and Daniel are very helpful. Maintenance is on point. Only concern is with parking could be better.

Zona village is great! The manager Dominique always goes above and beyond with the rest of the team. Could not be happier to call Zona home.

My son lived there for 2 years - He loved it; the units are beautiful! However, the problems began after he moved out. Management is greedy and will find a reason to keep your deposit. He moved out 5/27/2023 because of the huge rent increase each of the 2 years. If you have a deposit, good chance you will not get it back when you move out. The apartment was in excellent condition upon his moving out We did a detailed cleaning; they kept his $2000.00 deposit AND billed him $700.00. When asked why, they said they cannot match the current tile so they had to change the entire floor - Note this is an 800 SQ ft unit. The units have vinyl floor - there were 2 small areas where the vinyl tile began to lift (the one in the kitchen was their fault since DW was leaking - another story on that). The one in the BR was due to his office chair from working remotely. Both were minimal. However, they decided to not only keep my son's entire deposit, but charge my son an extra $700.00+ to change the entire floor - mind you, except for the 2 referenced small areas, the floor (plus everything else) was in excellent condition.I escalated to the Lincoln Property Management but they refused to budge, though I showed a video of the DW leak. Very disappointed about their greed. I hope this helps. T Underwood

This place used to be nice, they used to have great attitudes and great service but that was the past. Today they lack the ability to maintain this building, the building has been out of hand sanitizer for months, the scent machines used to be nice but they been empty for months. When I first moved here had great covered parking but again that was taken away from me for no reason lolThey have constant issues with elevators like weekly at times the elevator will be down or multiple at the same time ( not safe). They also enter the apartments a lot!!!! I mean more than any other place I have ever lived and really all they do is try to find something to fine you for or make something up to fine you for, they say they are checking pipes and stuff but just awkwardly walk your apartment like a parent so I recommend getting a camera system. Zero proof of unregistered pet but again I already emailed them that lol send me the eviction notice to send to my lawyer ??I used to love it but since the price went threw the roof and amenities and basic services are way down I would recommend going somewhere else.THEY DELETE ALL BAD REVIEWS !!!!!THEY DELETE ALL BAD REVIEWS!!!

Fire alarm is unsafe, and constantly goes off. (Read all the other reviews if you don't believe me) When the fire alarm goes off, everyone ignores it. Do not live here.(UPDATE) The owners also responded to this review, saying to speak to the managers. I did, and when they realized I was right, they deleted that response.(UPDATE 2) 2 years in, and the fire alarm is still going off, my car now sits under the sun all day, and the leasing office threatened to void my lease when I tried discussing the fire alarm issue (again). Still don't live here under any circumstances; I'm moving as soon as my lease is up.

First look up Lincoln properties company before you decide to move here. Here we go: No water for our apartment for 3 days. No courtesy calls or emails until last minute we just received a email. No call to say, hey, water will be off for this duration- I apologize here’s the accommodations we are having done.My airbag was taken in this garage out of my car last year and the cameras did not conveniently work. I approached the management office and they asked how I parked. Seriously? Because I didn't back in to the spot my airbag got stolen according to their logic. I still pay 75 a month for parking by the way. we have a two bedroom apartment & two cars. I paid 2k for my car to be repaired. If you have a second car they tell you to park on the other side of the street with no lighting or cameras. Be Real. Our rent is 3k a month with utilities. Our electric bill sits at 150 a month which is insane for 900 sq feet. it’s just the two of us.Within this time frame they raised our rent 600 and now gave us a notice to raise it again. That’s a rent price for a house or ocean front. Lol. We even found condos in las olas next to the canal for that.We still have a hole in our wall two years later from maintenance because of the apartments above leaking and it’s still not repaired after countless maintenance tickets -we were home each ticket- no excuse- we gave up and live with it.Garbage everywhere, graffiti in the stairwells, no cameras in the stairwells and the elevators are broken half the time. Off leash dogs everywhere that go to the bathroom in the elevators, stairwells, hallways etc. Its great if you have no concern for your pet. This place was put together blindfolded. Look at the beautiful cracks everywhere in the floors/ceiling/ etc and poorly put together items. Its pretty concerning how badly it has been deteriorating. Our floor isn’t even level?People constantly break in to the pool area and it’s just overall not a good place to live unless you rent out air bnbs that they allegedly weren't aware of for months from other residents. These items were brought to managements attention and ignored.

As a resident, I can guarantee you two things. The building fire alarm will go off constantly, and the management staff will lie to your face and then smile about it. Daniel and Dominique are two of the most terrible human beings I've had the misfortune to have to work with. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up.(EDIT) The building owners have replied, and asked me to reach out to building management. Apparently they didn't read the part where I explained how the building management IS the problem.

The maintenance guy was really helpful. I had problems with my toilet, shower, and dishwasher and he took care of all of them very quickly. I was very satisfied!

I have been living for 1 year and a half now, and I have nothing bad to say about the building. It is located in a great are, near to supermarkets, great restaurants and they have been opening great restaurants and places in the 1st floor. The pool is great, the business center is great and the neighbors are great. Danny, at the leasing center always tries to assist me with great attitude and they leasing center c=takes care of the residents.

My first day moving to Zona Village was so peaceful. The building is very well kept. The management office is great, it feels like home. The free coffee in the morning is the winning point for me personally. I do wish they have moving carts, or dollies because the elevators are very far away from the apartment in the center of the building.
