Only reason I shop at ABC is for the points. This particular one, neve ask for my phone number and always tells me that I'm already rung up so they can't put it in. HIRE MORE PEOPLE WHO WANNA WORK. BOT JUST COLLECT A PAYCHECK! Plus I asked for a particular product, knowing it was right behind me, and was told it wasn't sold there.
