I’m only giving this place 2 because the manager tried her best to get my check cleared sooner. But what was the point and asking for it to be expedited when I’m still waiting. Edit. I’ve changed my review from 2 to 4. Because I finally found someone on the customer service number who truly helped. I’ve been looking for the survey he was supposed to send the CSR’s name is BRANDON BTW But I can’t find it. He wasn’t able to get my check cleared. But he was able to give me some cushion with a Memo credit. Which is all I needed was something to get us through until it cleared. Which I’m surprised no one else offered. I didn’even know they could do that. He was able to credit us $300 until the check clears. Thank You Brandon for truly helping and getting that credit on there. It helped more then he’ll ever know. More CSR’s should be like Brandon. Instead of just telling people there’s nothing they can do. Because there’s always something that can be done. It’s just the matter of doing it. Also the manager at this Branch ( Jody Deforest) did do what she could to help. And was very nice helpful and informative.

Worst customer service. Don't finish helping me but scoot me to the side to help the rest of the line.It's a bank and they can't even provide a receipt...but can certainly charge $15 for a cashier's checkWhat a joke

Everytime I visit this branch I have an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager always greet customers once they come in and guide them to what they need. Ginger went above and beyond to facilitate my visit. She informed me about benefits that I was not aware off. She found that I was eligible to upgrade to platinum membership, and she assisted me applying for a credit card, and was approved on spot. She did that although my main goal for the visit was only to notarize documents. Always satisfactory experience at this branch.

Would not recommend setting up business account here. First of all I deposited 30k manager assured me the holds were waived. So I started inventory only to find out she didn't waive the money and they hit me with overdraft fee. Secondly, as this is my second business I am familiar with the fictitious name process. Manger and small business professional both assured me that there will be no problem depositing checks under my fictitious name, so there is no reason to add it to account if it's on Sunbiz already. I said I'd like to do it anyways since I've ran into the issue with my first business. They again assured it's not necessary. Here I am a month later receiving payments finally and go figure they won't accept them.

The tellers are fairly nice, but when you have a problem and need to see a manager you get to deal with a nasty lady who treats you like dirt. She just looks down her nose at you as if shes the queen of sheba. I'm done with boa, and because of her I even sold my ba stock. This hag needs retraining. She's like one of those people from an old world human resources office. Im sure you remember those people, LOL.
