We were on the phone with someone located in the Pharmacy Department named Ann, and our experience was at the least unpleasant. She was extremely rude and very dismissive. She failed to resolve any of our issues and questions and was very unprofessional. Hung up several times and did not help at all. If you were to go to this CVS i would not recommend interacting with her.

Used this CVS for years. I have moved. The one I am using now does not have friendly people working in the pharmacy. Wait time at the window inside is always long. Even if I'm the only one standing there. Maybe they are understaffed.

We shopped here today and the staff in the store were great. From pharmacist to Marlena was awesome ! She was multitasking by calling other stores for us and cashing out other people out as well. This is something you don’t see often. Kudos to the staff here. 5+++

Pharmacy staff are always rude and fourth time filling my prescription and never had a good experience will be transferring to another pharmacy, threw my change and id in a ripped bag. Couldn’t even hand it to me. Never going back

Pharmacy staff is unbelievably rude. They seem to have to "order" everything but don't communicate when it comes in. They then try to make you wait even longer. Don't bother calling them or leaving a message.

Store staff upfront are typically always nice thus saving them from getting 1 star. Rude pharmacy staff. Hardly ever has anything nice to say. I tell them “good morning” and “thank you”. Nothing in return. Seem to always overlook that I have GoodRx discounts and have to reprice prescriptions before checkout. When they do have a pleasant employee, you may seem them once or twice and then never again only to be replaced with yet another rude staffer. Location was the only thing keeping me there but I’ll be moving my scripts elsewhere. I’m not paying big bucks for rude treatment. Later…..
