“Love Publix. Great store. But please... Please don't order the lobster. They don't humanely kill them. You can't just throw a live animal in a steamer. You have to run a knife along the crease on their nape first. Yes. Lobsters feel all of the pain. It's inhuman. Worked for red lobster for ten years. I've killed hundreds of lobsters humanely. No problem preparing for dinner. But ya gotta do it right or you shouldn't be doing it at all.”

No exception with this one, the 1 thing that I find With the store is that no matter what you have for a question or what you have for a favor to ask of them , they will go out of their way to make it happen. Along with great customer service, as always, They usually most never run out of products that I am looking for to purchase. And most likely every one of them, including this 1. Will ask to bring your groceries out. Help you out at your car and return your cart and / or buggy back for you. Just exceptional service all the time. Which is the reason why I keep returning to publix.”

“I love Publix, but only get to shop there when I'm in FL or GA. I wish they were in TX.I got my Flu shot with my VA card at no cost. Another item, Oyster sauce was 25 cents cheaper at Publix than WM and they had two other options, WM only had the one. The only things that are always higher at Publix are the quality, freshness, and the service.I'm not sure how they attract higher quality employees, but they actually help you. Also I save time shopping at Publix. I find what I am looking for there easily and quickly.I've always found they have enough people to man the registers and don't force you to use self checkout. In fact I don't remember seeing it there, just several nice ladies running the registers. Just like the old days. The isles are wide enough and the store is always clean.”

“I can not say enough good things about this store.I haven't come across a Publix person yet who wasn't kind and helpful. I had my credit card taken and been stuck in a isle this week in tears as I had a cart full of groceries not once but twice. They went right to work getting my groceries to a cool place assuring me they understood and just were so kind and when your in crisis KINDNESS IS PRICELESS! I was able to go home get a alternate payment returned and they knew where my order was and my ice cream was still hard as a brick.Each time I go so many employees know me and treat me like family.??”

“Went there for dinner and let me tell . Ms. Carla left a few toenailz in her food. The fried chicken was fried hard on the outside and tender like a baby's bottom on the inside. Meatloaf, like dat. Both seasoned too perfection. Mac and cheese, forgett about it. ? ?!!! Cabbage & black eyed-peas. ? ?!!!Customer service outstanding. Dj was very friendly and professional. Dont let the smooth taste fool ya, this is now my go to spot when I'm in town. Located 10 minutes from Daytona Beach waterfront.For both dinners we paid under $20.00, talk about value and getting your money worth.Please don't cheat yourself, treat yourself to this soulful dining experience.”

“I have always loved my Holly Hill Publix. The staff is so friendly and they have the best bakery in Volusia County, but I love them even more now. A big shout out to Fara, who arranged for VFW 1590 to set up a Buddy Poopy table at her store on November 4th. It was a great experience! “I cannot think of anything wrong with this store. It's clean, it's fully stocked, it has just about everything you could possibly have a need for. I've come across some obscure recipes with never heard of ingredients that this grocery just happens to have at least one option for if not several options. The bogos are terrific and I take advantage of them at every visit . I like being stocked up with an extra item in reserve so I don't have to worry about running out of it . The bogos are generally practical ones with pantry staples that you're always going to need again anyway. And I don't have to pay for the privlilege because with the bogos it's free! A well-organized and well-run grocery store is worth a lot when you want to get all your items in one place. Easy to find products grouped by possible uses with plenty of different choices available. Last but certainly not least, the staff. I have several times found myself needing assistance, and there are always staff available to answer any questions you throw at them . They know where everything is and if they don't they run off to find it for you and tell you to keep shopping and they'll find you after they find it! Best of all, they do it with a smile and don't act like you're bothering them. Lol . That's a common problem elsewhere, am I right? Definitely recommend using this Publix over any other options.”

“Great small community store full of essentials. The rear of the store does need ventilation as it has raw/bad meat smell. We did notice some of the meats looked past their prime. In front of the store, we purchased cooked foods that were priced fair. I believe the store caters to the Hispanic culture (no complaints). The food is seasoned for the crowd they cater to. It was very good however.”
