Came in for some 711 cookies and a refill of ice water. The water had a brown tint to it and stuff floating in it. So I just got ice. They charged me for an ice cup, even though I brought in my own cup. No other 7-11 charges me for ice when I bring my own cup. On top of all that the cookies were not fresh. There's so many other stores that give free ice, especially when you have your own cup. Water refills are the main reason I come into convenient stores. Looks like there's no reason to come back to this one.

This store sucks!!!!
All the amazing workers left or got fired, this store kept me coming! Will not be back! Very disappointing that they don’t treat their employees right, pay them less money, and run the hard-workers to the ground! Be better 711! Won’t take a dime from me moving forward!
