Worst customer service I've ever had . I went into the store for cigarettes and a coke and ended up getting some cookies .I asked for Marlboro reds . The lady put the stuff I to a bag while I got my money out. I went back to the job site and realized that ms Terri had given me the wrong kind of cigarettes. I go back and explain . She talls me that she can't exchange them for what I originally asked for . Even though It was only 5 minutes after I had bought them . At the outrageous prices we are already paying for these things . I would expect a little cooperation in thus matter but that's not the case here at this store . I have a 6.month project going on with a 15 man crew . We will not be going there for anything

Mgr, is rude always. They also steal peoples points. They hurry and put their number in before you can put yours in, and give you a hard time if you say something about it! This should be stopped!!!!

This store hired my son for overnight advising him he would be full time. They intentionally schedule him for only 39.5 hours a week to scan him from the full time bonus while only paying him 11 per hour for overnight. Manager also tries to say the employee’s can not even sit down to stock regardless if a customer is in the store or not. This store is poorly managed and treats employee’s like garbage.

One woman who seemed to be training was very nice. Other lady was snotty and rude. Over charged plus sign stating $2.70 off any 2 packs of Marlboro was only honored on one set of 2 packs not all 3 sets that I purchased specifically because of that sale. The snotty woman stated "we only hang the signs" A little over 5 bucks might not seem like much but when you spend a few thousand dollars on an 8 day trip 5 bucks is 5 bucks. I've come to the same place 6 years in a row always went to this store due to closeness to hotel. Never again. I'll go further down the strip from now on.

( .I told her I would leave a review) whoever the blonde young lady is there KEEP HER she has AMAZING customer service and she always helps me when I come in with my son trying to grab a thousand and one things while holding him ….. we are staying across the street and she double bags the items that might burst while walking and is ALWAYS super nice from what I’ve seen

If she is that unhappy then she needs to find a new job." 711 is totally losing money as a whole because of this woman, 8 am on Saturday morning the 26th of March their was no tea brewed, no tea being brewed, that is a direct loss of income c'mon 711 what the heck are thinking, fire that woman she is lousy
