This 7–11 needs to be better organized : fresh coffee in the morning is a must - half and half cream - Splenda and other supplies are important … !!!! Sometimes the coffee jars are empty - donuts go to fast : if the demand is high then order more,

From out of town. Went in to grab some pop and the man at the counter (6/12 around 5/6pm) was so rude for absolutely no reason. I work in customer service, so I try to be as easy as a customer as I can be, but he snatched my items out of my hand. He touched my chicken that i got out of the warmer. Snatched my money, laid my change on the counter instead of returning to my hand, and was overall just an unpleasant person to be around. I had to get the coins on the counter and he kept repeating, next! Next! Very loudly. I grabbed my change and left, assuming he had a crappy day, but it still irked me. Hope this gets to him and he can find another job he enjoys or learn some customer service skills. Will not return.

This 7-11 used to be a good one. Today I walked in and got a few items and picked up a pack of smokes. I usually visit this location 2ce out the month and come here because I work about a block down at the Burger King. Well today I walked in and got my items and get to the cash register and had my online coupon for $1.50 off pack of Camel ? Crush Cigarettes. I had just recently used the app a week ago at this same location and they accepted the coupon, but today some new lady was in there and she scanned the coupon and immediately said that they don’t online coupons anymore. (luckily the coupon didn’t scan after she realized what it was). I told her why not because I just used one a week ago with no issues. She said that you guys were told not to use them unless people are asked to use there 7-11 Rewards card. Im not a card holder, and that’s besides the point. But, If y’all are not going to accept online coupons then y’all to post a sign or something notifying customers that y’all don’t accept these offers. Other 7-11s in the area take them with no problem unless it’s something wrong with their register systems, but this was absurd. Then as I left the store this was my fault, I had pulled up my bank statement and I realized that I got charged for the cigarettes and two pack of cookies. I had told her to remove the cigarettes off and I got charged $13 as my whole total price. I shouldn’t have skipped out quick after that little quarrel, that was my mistake. So. Hopefully you guys can put people on notice that you don’t accept the online coupons because this is probably where a lot of your good sales come from. Your location is on many cigarette sites for people to use their coupons at. I probably won’t be coming back to this location at all.

As far as the store itself...it's a typical 7-11 but all the people that work at this store are great !! 7 -11 got lucky to find a group like they have at this store..." update " 7-11 here gotten a couple "new people " that not like the test of the group...with all the money I spend there to argue then overcharge me is not what the " crew " I first commented about is like...I hope the others can bring them around...

Basic 7-11 over here. Doesn’t look very clean inside and dust is on everything I touched. The Indian lady was checking me out while I was taking pics lol. I’m sure she knew one of my lovely google reviews were on its way.
