I should have read the reviews before I hired them, dishonest because it took the tech Mick 2 days to fix a minor problem, . He first claimed it was a part that was not the problem and then another part that was not then he claimed it was something that would not have all of a sudden caused the AC to turn off, wound up getting charged $500 never received a over billing refund check the office person Casey claims was sent in the mail. I recommend saying far away from them.

This company does not like to pay their bills. We went out and did work for this company by testing their backflow which is required every year by the city. They had no problem calling and needing us over there asap. But six months later and they have still yet to pay the invoice. They have received the invoice numerous times and always have an excuse. Beware doing work for this company

Dishonest. Charged for 6 lbs of coolant in a system that can only hold less than 3 lbs. Repair lasted one month and could not get a response when I called the answering service so I took my business elsewhere.Service: A/C system maintenance

I’m a guest of hot wok restaurant, they say they have made an appointment for ten days,but no one has been sent to repair or inspect the problems, is your service attitude really so bad? Would you like your company to send some one to check the situation or repair it? The reputation of the company is important, you can’t say one thing and do another!

Update....It's been over 25 days with no air & temperatures in the 90's some days!! We bought 2 small window AC units & a dehumidifier to the tune of $700+ and now we are starting from scratch again! Ugh!!Signed.... Still Hot in Daytona Beach

When my air conditioner died an inglorious death just as the temperature was hitting record highs, I called A.C. Goodier and spoke to Ben. He came out the same day and as I expected, the system was beyond hope and/or repair and woukd need to be replaced. Not only did Ben give me an insanely great price, but he was also out there the next day and got our new system put in. This company was incredible and the highest rating of five stars that I can only give him still does not feel enough. This company definitely went above and beyond with their service and I will be forever grateful that companies like this still exist.

What a great company! Can't say enough about the great people at A C Goodier. Thank you to Bud, who gave me the estimate, Sharon, who answered all my questions on the phone, and the team of Ben, Steve, and Jevon who did the installation. This was a big job, as an old oil furnace and air handler had to be removed and a blocked air duct reconnected. Everyone showed up on time, was very respectful of my home, and installed a beautiful new air pump system. I highly recommend this company.? Oh, and the price was right too.Service: AC installation
