Needs 5 NEGATIVE stars. You should AVOID this salon, Constance claims she has been a stylist for 30 something years. But the way she screwed up my hair says otherwise. More like just finished cosmo school and need to go back or find a new career. Made a mess of a hair cut so much I made another appointment with an experienced stylist to repair the screwed up cut. He could not believe she even let me get out of her chair with the chopped up lopsided mess. Honestly the worse cut I have EVER had in my life and I am in my 60's. I was rushed through because she had another client call and she squeezed THEM in because they needed a color fix. So I suffered because she saw big $$ signs.

I called to make an appointment after my husband purchased services for me for Mother’s Day. I couldn’t even make it through making the appointment. I don’t know who I spoke with nor do I care. She was THE most rude individual I have ever dealt with. No thank you. Not to mention, the Groupon ad was VERY misleading. The name of the salon on Groupon does not match the name of the actual salon. Seems a little suspicious.

Kennie is very nice, accommodating, and does exactly what you request without arguing like some shops I’ve been in. That’s why I hunted her up because of her reputation for that. Great haircut great service great price.

sadly, not what I wanted at all. I wanted highlights. The color is way to dark. Stylist admitted she messed up cutting my hair and cut one side shorter, one side longer. The next few days the long pieces were naturally falling on the shorter side. I trimmed two long strands but still such a choppy hair style. Had another stylist appt to correct this mess of a hair cut. Had a groupon and still paid $65 on top of the groupon cost of $43.

I purposely looked for a stylist with 50 years worth of experience. These young ones don't have a clue how seniors like their hair cut. When I was a youngster there were simply four choices for a young man. Crew Cut, Burr, regular and later Shag. Nowadays, these youngins don't even know what the h you are talking about. Kinnie does.
